Charming, Cozy, Log Cabin. Private Hot Tub! Very Near Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

This cabin was awesome! Very quiet and relaxing. As soon as we pulled in the first afternoon there was a bear in the yard across the driveway. Then anothet bear the next morning. Cabin was clean and the hot tub was nice. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The cabin was beautiful inside and out

It was soooo quiet and peaceful there. The cabin was exceptionally maintained and the cleanliness exceeded my wife's standards. Tall trees all around, we didn't do any exploring it was a vacation for our 2 grandchildren who had been cooped up for over a year. They enjoyed the wifi when we were at the cabin. It was a little warm for our grandson who slept upstairs. The drive off the main road can be a little daunting to people who are not used to mountain driving, my wife was worried as I drove up to the cabin. The cabin was minutes away from everything. We were definitely very pleased with all that the cabin had to offer. Do yourself a favor and stay and relax here, you won't regret it!

Beautiful cabin but the dryer did not work found out after washed clothes, the spa on the deck had a horrible smell thinking was bromine from not using high temp chloride and the bed was very uncomfortable couldnt sleep very well, the games upstairs were not in working condition. The cabin itself is beautiful

The Lazy Bear was the perfect weekend getaway! The cabin is absolutely beautiful with so much attention given to the construction and beauty of all the fine details of the cabin. It has everything you need for a quiet, relaxing time in the mountains. Only a few miles from Pigeon Forge however the trek up the mountain is a tricky one, especially the first time you drive up. Drive slow and use caution in freezing temps but other than that everything about this cabin is amazing! We will definitely stay here again and recommend this cabin to friends and family!

We could not be happier with our stay at the cabin! This was a perfect getaway for my 75 yr old parents, my youngest daughter, and myself. The cabin was just as described, but trust me that pictures do not do it justice. My dad was impressed with the beautiful craftsmanship of the cabin, and my mom loved all the decor and necessities. Highlights from our trip were relaxing on the deck and seeing wildlife in the surrounding area. During our time there, we watched a fox and then another evening we watched two bears for a considerable amount of time from the cabin porch. We also traveled to the national park and have a great time seeing elk, three black bear, whitetail deer, turkey, and even a large black snake! My daughter and I had a blast in pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for the evening nightlife. My parents enjoyed time spent at the cabin after driving through the national park during the day. If you’re thinking about a relaxing getaway, this is the place!

This is the perfect cabin for a quiet and relaxing time. Super clean and updated. Check-in and check-out was easy and I felt well prepared. We saw bears every night! It was amazing. Only down-side was the drive up to the cabin. It’s pretty steep, but totally authentic to Tennessee. Love it!!

Everything was awesome- we received check in instructions well in advance (super helpful to be able to get that info before getting in the mountain area), the cabin is so cozy and quiet, and check out was a breeze (no long chore list, very reasonable instructions). Got to see a bear the second evening! And relaxing in the hot tub in the evening was superb.

My little family loved staying here! The upstairs loft are was perfectly designed with families in mind! Sabrina was very responsive to my messages even before we booked and that continued for all questions and needs! Can’t recommend this place enough! So conveniently located too!!

Overall stay was amazing.

It was a very nice and clean cabin with all the facilities available. We were there 2 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space along with arcade, fuss-ball table and hot tub. Highly recommended.

Everything was great

My friends and I had a great time at the cabin during Thanksgiving weekend. Access to the cabin was very easy. Everything was clean and well organized and it felt very cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner each evening. I would stay here again.

The views were amazing! Was a nice getaway. Had a lot of amenities. The shower is unique. Love how close it is to Dollywood and the island.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The couches and mattress could have been more comfortable, and the bed linens showed a bit of wear. We also chose to purchase our own pillows for extra comfort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This will be one of many stays. Last year was the start to our an annual tradition of Visiting Tennessee for our birthdays. I can honestly say that this was such a wonderful experience and such a beautiful home.

Great cabin, very clean, had everything we needed, good location, good privacy on the back side of the deck and we even got greeted by 2 bears when we arrived.

We loved the spot. It was an exciting drive in and we were greeted by our beat neighbor that evening. We really enjoyed the games that were there including the vintage video game machine. The jacuzzi was a bonus. The neighbors were friendly and the location was beautiful.

It was a great trip. Road getting to cabin was crazy but after a few days we got the hang of the twists and turns!! The cabin was awesome!

We had such a great time in Gatlinburg, and this cabin was the perfect place to stay. Sitting on the balcony, you felt like you were in a tree house - so relaxing. And, my kids loved the arcade games. The cabin was close to everything we wanted to do - hiking, fly fishing, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Definitely recommend!

This cabin is absolutely stunning, the effort they put into every detail of decor is amazing. All of the wood throughout and the beautiful sinks in the bathroom and the kitchen. There is nothing negative to say about our stay here. The bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home with me! The relaxing porch and hot tub was wonderful. If you are looking for a secluded, private, peaceful place to stay, this cabin is it. We did get to see one bear at our stay also which was so cool! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. We have stayed in one before that was part of a congested community.This is not at all, there are neighbors that reside around the cabin but it feels secluded. The neighbor across the way was very friendly.We enjoyed the wildlife. We saw a red fox and there was a bear out for a stroll so do be aware you are definitely out in the woods. lolThe road to the cabin was not what we expected so drive with caution and be mindful of other tourist that may drive a bit foolishly. Not the place for that at all.The management was very helpful and kind. We couldn’t find the switch to the fans upstairs (it’s on the stairwell post) I had hung a hoodie over it. lolIt is very well maintained, very clean and decorated absolutely adorable.I’m saving this one for my next trip up there. Our stay wasn’t long enough.I highly recommend.You won’t regret this one.It’s perfect for getting away from the rat race and relaxing.Book your stay now!Enjoy.

Staying here was such an incredible experience. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed to make meals with the food we brought. We are a family of four. The kids had a blast in the upstairs loft area and plenty of room. The back porch was so peaceful. We seen several bears pass through while drinking our morning coffee. So many things to do just a few miles away. We’re already planning on coming back next year.

Cabin was just as advertised. Located a couple miles up the mountain. Road leading to is very narrow and steep in places. Keep that in mind if traveling with a large truck. Would definitely stay here again

The property was absolutely beautiful and the neighbors were so kind to us all. The owner called to check in on us to assure things were going well and that we were settled in. I will return to this property next year! Bears visit this property daily.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is everything we wanted and needed. It was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 3 kids (14, 11, 9). The kids ran the loft which had an amazing view of the BEARS! There's a family of them that live close by and frequent the front and back yard. They are very calm and so cute! They are easily frightened so they will run away if you shine a flashlight or make a noise. Head all the warnings though. We stayed inside when they were around. There was only one time that they were out when we were getting home or needing to leave so it's not an inconvenience. The cabin and amenities that we tried were very clean and in working order. It was furnished with all utensils we needed to cook. The large deck was very relaxing with a wooded view. Sitting back there feels secluded but there are neighbors close by that are very friendly and helpful. The cabin is only about 13 minutes to the Pigeon Forge strip but it's a windy drive there. We got used to it after one time up and down so it's not bad. We've had much worse at other cabins. There are a few steep hills so be prepared for that. Again, not that terrible but something to mention in case you have an older car. Overall, I'd stay here again. We loved it and hope you do too.

The cabin was very comfortable & our 11 & 13 year old daughters LOVED having their own space upstairs in the loft. Their favorite part was the game table. The shower (& entire bathroom) was gorgeous! The hot tub worked perfectly & all the chairs on the deck were perfect for relaxing. The location to PF & Gatlinburg was awesome. Seeing 2 bears hanging out, playing together across the street was a really cool experience.

The property was very nice. I thought it was built extremely well built with nice character built in. The drive up the mountain was a little nerve racking, but well worth it once you made it to the cabin. The bears were very cool to see. I would recommend it to my friends for sure.

This was our first time using VRBO and also traveling to the area. We absolutely loved the cabin and will definitely book again next year for another trip.

Nice stay, enjoyable weekend

I was very pleased with cabin and all the amenities offered. The second floor mattress could be more comfortable. The cabin was very clean upon arrival. We had an issue with the electronic lock, that the host fixed immediately. View was great as well. We would definitely return for another weekend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property was a little off the beaten path, but wasn’t an issue for our vehicle. The house was clea. The only downside was the mattresses were outdated for my comfort.

This was my wife and i’s first getaway as parents in 4 years. We enjoyed the stay at the cabin. We will definitely recommend this place for other couples and families.

We had a great Christmas days, the cabin was beautiful and cozy just as described. The drive up to the cabin it’s so much fun, you are literally up on the mountains so be prepared for the drive. We enjoyed every part of our stay. The kids loved the loft. We loved the view and seating on the porch drinking coffee. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas!

Beautiful property and drive to the property was beautiful! You’re in the woods, but minutes from all the food and attractions. We had an issue with getting the code to the door, but the property owner was so quick to help us out! One of our favorite cabins we have stayed in! Cabin was extremely clean and well stocked with all you could need! Highly recommend.

We absolutely love this cabin. We loved that it was decorated for Christmas. Everything was just as we remembered from the last time especially the video game upstairs. Checked out the hot tub and it was awesome. We will definitely be coming to this cabin again in the future

Very secluded and high up in the mountain! You can walk 5 min further up the road for a great view. We saw a few bears in the neighbors yard and on the roof! Porch was huge and just lovely. Hot tub was perfect. Jacuzzi and shower were excellent also. I would stay here again!

The host was quick to respond to messages, and made check-in/out procedures easy to follow. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had all needed items. We already want to go back!

Property and cabin were clean and very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Be prepared for a steep driveway/parking area. But it is definitely doable.

Property was beautiful.. a little far up the road but after getting used to the roads wasn’t bad. We saw a bear on our last day there. What a thrill to watch it.. we got several pictures as it raided the neighbors bird feeder and rain barrel. Went to a show, The Island, ate at paula Deens restaurant,overall great trip..

The cabin was cozy and very clean.. loved the porch with the rocking chairs.. we seen a bear across in the neighbors yard. Then on the way down the mountain a coyote. Everything was within 30 minutes so convenient.

My husband and I stayed here and we loved it! This cabin was so cozy and made the perfect getaway for us! The cabin is exactly as listed - charming, cozy, quiet, and not too far from good food and attractions. From the location of the cabin, cleanliness, amenities provided, and overall aesthetics, it was fantastic!
