Enjoy lake views from every window! Beautiful cabin on Grass Lake peninsula with assigned dock slip on Clearwater Lake across the property. An additional dock space to use, as needed, on Grass Lake right in front of the cabin. The peninsula setting allows you to move your boat between both lakes most of the summer (depending on rainfall and water levels).
Enjoy the beach areas, pool, playgrounds, basketball hoop, docks, and fire pits.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025Very nice cabin. Clean and had some small supplies/codiments in the frig. There was also a container of water in the frig and ice in the freezer. Both were appreciated. Nice size deck with table. the beds were comfortable! the livingroom area was small. they did have some books, cards and games available!

Stayed Jul 9, 2025We enjoyed our stay on Grass Lake and the pontoon rental from BJ’s so that we could enjoy Clearwater Lake, too. We did not have time to use the pool but that’s a nice amenity. The cabin is nicely appointed. Everything we needed was provided including a charcoal grill and grill supplies. We enjoyed breakfast at Nelson Brothers in Clearwater. The wild rice sausages are so good and they have a huge fresh baked pastry and bread selection. We enjoyed the Spilled Grain brewery in Annandale. Overall, a great place for fishing, boating, summer family time!
