Charming cabin centrally located close to speedboat beach, Kings Beach & skiing

This is a great cabin and a great value for the area. We spent four nights there and loved every minute of it. It is a short walk to the beach without the beachfront price. We loved it.

As our first time going to Lake Tahoe, the cabin was well equipped, Kayaks, towels, coffee etc. It was so clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay there

Great property just 3/4-mile from the water and a great place to launch kayaks. The host was quick to respond to any question. Very quiet area despite being so close to the highway.

Stayed June 2025 for 1 week. Home is centrally located in Kings Beach. Everything accessible by foot. Very quiet day and night. Home was well stocked. Enjoyed sitting on the deck every night BBQing. Would definitely stay again. Our host was amazing and very responsive to my several questions before and during our trip.

The house was beautiful and very spacious!

Over all experience the family of 12, had such a great time!! The home was very cozy & cabin feels exactly what we wanted. The home was stocked on games, which was a huge plus as we had planned a family game night. We did have a minor set back with check in as the home wasn’t ready, but the cleaning service people were nice & apologetic. It didn’t affect at all as the outside area was covered in snow so the kids got an early start with snow ball fights & building snowman. We will return!

Easy, comfortable, and clean. Location close to the lake and about 15 minutes from skiing. Host is very responsive.

Great spot!

We had a pleasant stay at this North Lake Tahoe cabin. The house was clean, well-equipped, and centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. The neighborhood was peaceful, which we appreciated. However, the dishwasher wasn’t functional, the TV in the master bedroom was broken, and there were boarded-up buildings nearby, which was a bit surprising. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying again.

We loved this property, the owner was very kind and quick to respond for any questions we had and the location was close to good areas, we were able to walk to a beautiful lake or drive 10 mins to the snow. The house had everything we needed. We were very happy to be able to spend time with our family and friends at this place

We had a huge hiccup in our day one which Brent addressed quickly. It could have ruined our stay but his immediate actions and remedy made the experience much better. No excuses but all action and accountability which I appreciate.The house is homey and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

First let’s start with the positive. Checking and parking were easy. We appreciated the kitchen and bathroom essentials such as foil, paper towels, spices, plenty of TP and shampoo etc. The beds were comfortable. unfortunately the negative list is much longer. First, when we arrived we discovered very old and stinky bedding. When we went to wash some blankets we found wet sheets in the small washer and the dryer full of towels. Being unable to wash the bedding left us feeling uneasy in the beds. Next, the listing says it sleeps 12 people and there are pictures of 5 different bedspreads. When we counted beds it appeared to have 5 beds and 1 sofa bed. The home only comfortably 10 in beds. The clutter in the home made it almost impossible to clean. The dusty eye sores were not as apparent in the pictures, this home would have made a good Hilton commercial when the are ready to retire the “scary doll” commercial. Next, refrigerator water and ice were not working and the fireplace was only decorative. Lastly, the bear garbage was full upon our arrival and home is across the street from a boarded up hotel. Overall, the neighborhood and home need a good cleaning and updating. We will not stay here again.

Our first Christmas away from home and we got to spend it in this lovely home with so much charm and character. The kids absolutely loved all the animals displayed around the home. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our host had excellent communication and check-in and check-pit was easy. The home is located close to stores and shops and had great views. We would 100% recommend this listing.

Very cozy cabin kept 10 friends and I comfortable for a few days on our snowboarding trip. Had everything we needed and more.

The cabin is great. Everything we needed for cooking and sleeping are there. We found the place very clean. The instructions for check in and check out are clear. I just hope that we knew before hand that 2 of us have to sleep in the sofa which is boy enough for 2 people .is big enough

Had a great weekend here, cabin was clean and had lots of room. Bedrooms are upstairs so you don't have to worry about making noise in the kitchen which is nice when you're cooking for 10+! Deck was great as well, would recommend

House was very spacious and worked well for our family. The location was perfect, we were also at Kings Beach last year with just 2 family members. Beds were comfortable and we all had our own bedrooms and the 21/2 baths were fine to share. We used one of the kayaks and loved being near Speedboat Beach. Owner was very helpful if we had questions and we would certainly go back to this beautiful house in the future.

The cabin itself was cozy and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From the inviting deck with its fire pit and BBQ to the spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The property also boasted a range of amenities, including kayaks, rafts, and bikes, which added a lot of fun to our stay. We enjoyed a lovely short hike to an observation point and found a charming lake just a short walk away. With ten people in our group, there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The cabin was so welcoming that we ended up spending most of our evenings there, relaxing and enjoying the space rather than dining out. Our kids especially loved the cabin, and they were already asking to return to the 'Animal House' as we were leaving. If you’re looking for a top-notch vacation rental with a fantastic location and all the comforts of home, this is definitely the place to stay!
