Stayed Oct 10, 2025We had received a coupon from VRBO and after rebooking they did not honor coupon. The house was clean but smelled of cat and cigarettes. We did not make it our two nights due to someone in our party being allergic to the cat hair. The owner did not provide us with the door code until 25 mins of waiting outside. Great location, love Berkeley Springs but will not being staying here again.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025This is an amazing place! Quiet, off the beaten path, but close to everything! Owners thought of everything that you could need or want! Very impressive linen closet for bathroom essentials! Screened in porch was awesome! Perfect fire pit to dutch oven cook!

Stayed Sep 18, 2025Nice little place to get away. My only recommendation is firewood should be available like other places I have stayed. The whole campfire thing is part of the experience. Even if its an extra fee to be already there.
