Casa de Carmen! 3 bedroom Modern Cabin with a view and HOT TUB!

Hot tub was a little old but heat and jets worked great. Super pet friendly nice yard for the dogs to roam around but not get far

Casa de Carmen is the absolute perfect cabin for a getaway. The host Danny was very communicative and offered us recommendations for the area. The cabin itself was well decorated, and clean. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed using the hot tub and driving over to Jim Thorpe to explore. The living room also has the most amazing views, perfect to match with your morning coffee. He even has records playing when you check in. A top notch experience. I would highly recommend a stay at Casa de Carmen and I cannot wait to return again soon.

Cozy and secluded. Very clean and plenty of room, with great views and outdoor spaces in a great location! Host communicated very well, definitely will be returning.

The whole house was very clean; my husband commented on the cleanliness (so you know it was good!). I read the little book and knew that I was supposed to contact our host re the changing of the heat, so we did. These few days that we went was our unplugging time, so we did very little, but we did see the Falls, and the view from the house was outstanding.

Host was very helpful, flexible and responsive to any questions we had! Enjoyed our little family getaway at Casa de Carmen!

Tucked away in the mountain side this cabin was perfect. Danny was great to work with extremely fast to respond. Couldnt ask for anything more. From the moment we walked in the door the atmosphere was great. Everything was spotless clean the hot tub was awesome on a cold night. The big window was perfect to watch the snow fall. All around a perfect weekend. Thank you!

Both the house itself and Danny, the owner, were amazing. The house is set back enough that you’re not crowded by neighbors but close enough to town to grab a bite to eat or go shopping. It’s also close to local skiing and hiking opportunities.

This was the perfect cozy cabin for a weekend getaway in nature. We love the proximity to hiking trails, soaking in the hot tub after a day out, and waking up to coffee with a beautiful view. While we didn’t make use of the fire pit or hammocks in the warmer months we would have enjoyed that as well! Danny was very responsive and communicative. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Serene and cozy spot close to Bushkill Falls and cute restaurants and shopping. We loved this spot and had a relaxing weekend. Dan was a gracious host and an awesome communicator.

Very nice cabin with all you need. The hot tub was a treat and the place is secluded but close to shopping. Saw a red fox come up close and heard an owl at night. Danny was very responsive. A perfect getaway!

Had a great solo stay here while in town for business. Cozy cabin in a very private and quiet setting but close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Danny is one of the best hosts I’ve stayed with, great communication and very quick to respond, even checking in throughout my stay to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time celebrating our 23rd anniversary at this cozy little cabin in the woods. Hot tub was amazing and everything was truly perfect!

Cozy cabin with a surprisingly roomy main living area, in a quiet, private neighborhood that was only 1-2 miles from supermarkets and restaurants. Our teen loved the upstairs bedroom and reading nook. We all loved the hot tub, hammocks, and fire pit outside! Danny, the host, reached out a few times to see if we needed anything, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were happily surprised at the variety of dining options in the area, especially for the picky child and food-snob vegetarian in our group. Overall, a relaxing stay in this beautiful part of the country!

This was a cozy, private house nestled away in the mountains but very close to stores and restaurants. The owner was super attentive and had the house so nice and welcoming when we arrived. We used the hot tub, fire pit and everything he had available pretty much. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an incredible stay at this awesome A-frame loft with a always inviting hot tub! What surprised me the most was how quick this was to many serendipitous hikes by lakes and ponds, the criminally underrated Frank Frazetta museum, as well how great it is to hear a vinyl record player in a cabin The host is incredibly kind! We were in the area to visit with our daughter who attends ESU. We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Carmen. We were there for three nights. The house itself is rustic and very cute. The shower stall is very narrow and doesn’t leave room for movement. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the peacefulness of the heavily wooded area. We left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated.

My boyfriend and i stayed here for the weekend and had the best time! It’s in the perfect location and had everything we needed.
