The view was just as described - gorgeous - and the cabin itself was very clean with everything we needed. The porch was south-facing, so we were always comfortable on the deck in the shade for meals, reading, and playing games. The last section of drive to the house was as advertised, and our front-wheel drive mini-van struggled, but made it! The drive to town was about 20 minutes on curvy roads, but even that was beautiful. Well worth it if you want a restful place to enjoy the beauty of the area!

What we loved the most about the cabin was the privacy and the most beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The mountain views are simply spectacular! The cabin was very clean and comfortable for both of our stays, which made us feel right at home. They have everything you could possibly need during your stay, and the people at Yellow Rose are a pleasure to communicate with. The cabin is conveniently located near Bryson City, Cherokee and Deep Creek hiking trails & waterfalls. We had a perfect vacation, we loved the cabin and area, and we are already making plans to return!

Carie’s cabin was absolutely stunning. So clean, peaceful and stunning views. The property management company was so kind and helpful. It is definitely remote and private which is such a plus. The drive up the mountain is an adventure but fun! The only helpful information I would give is that if you go during a time of snow and ice make sure you have a vehicle well equipped for the gravel driveways and roads. Will absolutely be back in the future.

The view of the mountains from the balcony of Carrie's cabin was outstanding! The best of all the cabins we have stayed in. The cabin was very nice and about 15 minutes from Bryson City, nearly on the mountain top. Ten minutes on the highway and 5 minutes up the mountain. The road was a single lane blacktop with limited pulloffs to pass oncoming vehicles. There were no guardrails which is common and the dropoffs were significant, also common. Fortunately we only encountered 1 vehicle in our 4 days there. The cabin had one bedroom and bath upstairs and another downstairs. The kitchen was nicely equipped. There were several tvs with Firesticks and a bluetooth sound bar. Very nice. The nights were getting cool so the large gas fireplace was very nice. It was one of the nicer cabins we stayed in. Was a bit dusty with a few cob webs but no bugs. Otherwise clean. The living room couch and love seat both needs to be replaced. The arm on the couch was in bad shape and both were well used and in need of some significant cleaning. Other than that was a very nice place to visit. The balcony was large and well equipped with seating and tables. I would recommend it.

The cabin had amazing views and was very private. Perfect for any getaway. It is very steep and there are narrow roads to travel getting there to consider if you don’t have a vehicle meant for that. Very comfortable home and great realty office. They were very helpful

It was nice to normally be on the deck and enjoy it, but also through the main part of the cabin, you could look out the windows and see it. Very secluded, couldn’t hear or see anybody else, so very private. Only 20 minutes from Bryson city was nice. The beds were so good you fell asleep before your headhit the pillow. We started every morning with coffee on the deck viewing the gorgeous smokie mountains, then venturing out for the day to explore the beautiful cities and national parks. only to come back to sit on the deck and watch the sun go down until the stars would come out and light up the sky's what a view. We travel a lot, and this place was the cleanest and well-kept cabin we ever stayed at. Beautifull and charming decor. it made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. The management team was very friendly. They check in with us to make sure we got to the cabin ok and if there was anything we needed. Bryson City was charming little city just 15 Min. away with a lot to do and see. After sending picture back to friends and family they were wanting the property info so they could plan their own stay which we highly recommend it.

Beautiful cabin. Not even a single complain. Splendid and wonderful. Sad that we were there only for a week. Wish I could buy it but missed it by a week. Met the original owner. Friendly, helpful and gracious. Will be there next year God willing.

Carrie's Cabin was everything we wanted and more! The space was ample, especially for just the two of us. We sat on the porch and just stared at the endless views. Although the roads are narrow and winding, access was easy and convenient to surrounding areas. We even had snow flurries on our last night, and enjoyed watching it fall from the hot tub (a first for us)! We have already told numerous people about it, mostly just from stunning pictures we posted on social media. Highly recommend!!!

My wife, myself, and our two boys (4-year-old, and 6-month-old) stayed here Thanksgiving weekend, 2024. THIS cabin is the one you want to stay in, I promise. It is secluded atop a private driveway, and the pictures you see here do not do it justice ( read that again). The view is just spectacular. It has everything you could want- a fully stocked kitchen, multiple full bathrooms, a hot tub, smart TVs, firepit, grill, you name it. We also met the homeowner, and he is such a great guy. My wife and I loved it so much, and we cannot wait to come stay here again!!! If I could give any recommendation- it’s to book yourself one extra day just to sit on the back deck for a full day, don’t leave, and enjoy that view.

As stated, the last bit of gravel road is steep. Both tvs upstairs would not connect to a streaming service through the Amazon Fire devices. The smart tvs downstairs had no issues. When requesting a response to an email for verification of policies, I would not use a no reply sender. This made my response not go through and caused issues.

And this is one of my absolute favorites! So much so, that we have stayed here 3 times! The view is amazing! The house is perfect and comfy cozy! Alway clean! Super easy to come and go! Close to town, but far enough out that you feel secluded! The area has wildlife! Deer and bear! (Please don’t feed them) but they are amazing to see!!! Billy with the management company is so very nice too! I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Fabulous all the way around!

We can’t say enough about our stay at this beautiful place. Great outdoor views from the porch balcony which is where we spent most of our time. The cabin was very clean, comfortable beds, and stocked with all the kitchen utensils you’d need. Our host was fantastic!! Lots to do around the area. We will DEFINITELY return!

The cabin was pristine! It had everything we needed, the view was stunning and very quiet. It was fairly close to town which had restaurants and some nice shops. Highly recommend. We would stay here again!
