Beautiful home with 3 of the bedrooms having their own private bathroom. The hosts were very caring by reaching out during our stay and making sure we were happy with everything. They made sure everything was stocked well and even had additional items for things we may have forgotten. Great location for visiting Zion and Bryce. Close to the UTV tour to Peak-a-Boo Slot Canyon with ROAM which I highly recommend.

The house was beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need and we cooked everyday. So close to the fun excursions of East Zion and Zion. We did canyoneering, the narrows, peek a boo slot canyon, horseback riding, sand boarding at coral sands and repelling. Depending on your plans, the only downside was the internet. Watching tv was frustrating as the services paused continuously. The spa was great after hiking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is extremely clean and comfortable. Also, the proximity to Zion was very convenient. After being in the Parks for multiple days, in the evenings we chose not to travel to restaurants for meals and brought our food instead. The kitchen had all of comforts of home so super easy. The only thing we found a bit challenging is the connectivity for cell phones. We are Verizon customers and found we could not make any phone calls using cell connectivity. However, we were able to FT for calls. Texts worked on/off. Maybe it is limited to just Verizon customers...guess small price to pay for beautiful scenery...

It is a beautiful and spacious house. Three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, plus a fourth bedroom. The hot tub was very nice, no problems with it at all. For a quick meal the Ponderosa Ranch is very close by. Kitchen has everything you need.

This house was amazing. The beds were so comfortable. The jacuzzi was large and in perfect shape. The house is so well appointed there was literally nothing a person could want for. The grounds are wooded, and the beautiful windows allwed for breathtaking views in all rooms. I hope we can return soon.

The property was perfect for our needs. Everyone was very pleased with all the amenities, comfort of the rooms and plenty of bathrooms for our group. The location was central to all the hikes we took in the Southern Utah area. The kitchen had so many of the things needed to be comfortable in a unfamiliar kitchen. The hot tub was a welcome retreat to the end of our day. We even took some amazing pictures of the Northern Lights during our stay!

We've stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years, and this is a top 5 home. Rooms are HUGE!! Beautiful area where you can unwind after long days hiking at Zion and Bryce. Every possible amenity was available to us (from extra blankets, to patio furniture, to kitchen gadgets and nice appliances, a detailed binder of local information (I LOVE attention to detail), beach towels for hot tub, ceiling fans, even shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Only 6 of us stayed here but double that amount of people would still be extremely comfortable. HIGHLY recommend this home. WONDERFUL!

We had a very nice vacation. The house is a little older but very good quality construction, appliances, etc. It is very well supplied (full bottles of shampoo, detergent, etc., plenty of TP, paper towels - not the normal 1 small travel bottle.) Well stocked kitchen. Approx. 15 minutes to Zion. Only downside - its a drive to the nearest grocery. Stock up before arriving.

House was well appointed and exactly as described. Kitchen was very well stocked and made prepping/cooking for a family of 5 very easy. A short drive away from East gate of Zion, with some short hiking nearby as well. Property manager was fantastic and very communicative - gave some great trail tips and was super responsive when the wifi went out briefly in the neighborhood.

This is a beautiful and large house located about 20 minutes outside the East entrance of Zion. The house is very well stocked and the owners/managers do a tremendous job in communication. The hot tub and decks are a nice bonus. Being East of Zion gives you easy access to Bryce Canyon and also some great hiking and canyoneering in that area. Note that it is about 45-50 minutes from the Zion Visitor Center which is where the Zion shuttle leaves. We didn't mind that because we took advantage of the benefits in the East area. Overall, this is a great place for a family and large group and we would highly recommend.

This house is absolutely luxurious and beautiful! Each morning we woke up early to get into the park before the trails got overcrowded. Zion is definitely one of the busiest parks we've ever visited, but the location of this house gave us some welcome refuge. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook easily, and the hot tub was definitely enjoyed after many miles of hiking, especially after fighting the current in the Narrows. Our host provided amazingly detailed information that proved very handy for our stay. We were very much appreciative of the recommendation for the nearby hike to Observation Point, just go early. This property absolutely warrants the five-star review. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
