So our issue isn't the property (cabin) itself was nice, it is the poor communication with the property owner.We opted to first express our dissatisfaction with the poor communication in a PM and it has been over a week and still no response to this day to our PM. We stayed at this cabin April 9-10-11th.One of our complaints is lack of communication. It is unsatisfactory. We didn't get the entry code until 4pm as we were pulling into the driveway and after I had to message you. 2.) Saturday evening after fishing all day, we went into town to get a bite to eat and when we returned around 9:30 at night there was a truck in the driveway. We are not very pleased that we were not notified in advance. A man comes from the deck telling us he is working on the hottub and will be leaving in a few minutes. We felt that was very inappropriate for that time of night with no warning at all. We were nervous, startled and felt very uneasy. Common courstey would be to at least let us know someone would be there sometime late in the evening. It is a situation that could really turn bad if there isn't any communication with your client. And probably worst of all, the heat was turned down to 58 on Friday and Saturday nights and could not be adjusted. This after we had to adjust it up on Thursday night. It was cold those nights and uncomfortable. So not a great experience for us. Maria

Beautiful cabin, great views; everything was perfect!

The cabin was beautiful!It is secluded (pictures show a few other cabins near by but you can’t see or hear anything from the home) & a bit up a mountain on a few small gravel roads but manageable. The home was clean, looked just like the pictures, everything worked & there was enough towels & whatnot for our week long stay.Beds are comfy but the primary (didn’t stay in the other) is very bouncy, if you are with a partner you will feel any move made.Wish there was more lighting outside as well (especially considering bears in the area). The front porch light seemed to be on a sensor & would turn off after a few (& boy it’s dark on a mountain) along with another motion light that also didn’t stay on long. Only a problem being outside at night with the pup. Overall great stay, 10/10! LOVED that there was a Christmas tree, it’s rare for me to find a cabin in Dec that decorates & it was beautiful walking into see that. Also, this was our first time bringing the dog & staying in a pet friendly home. There were no traces of other dogs, again, very clean.

We loved this cabin. There was everything one could need, but only tap water from the sink fridge water not hooked up or working, but other than that it was fantastic. Beautifully decorated for the holidays and the fireplace was my fav.

This was such a beautiful space and the host was so accommodating. I spent my wedding weekend here and they were so kind and helpful the entire time. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Everything was great! The cabin had everything we could need. Very clean, awesome hot tub. Once we figured out which entrance to use( North Gold Valley Road vs South Gold Valley) it was no problem getting in and out. Very enjoyable time. Highly recommend!

Great cabin with everything you would want and need. Very spacious interior and plenty of outdoor entertaining area. It was clean, updated with tvs, internet wifi, gaming entertainment and our favorite a nice hot tub. Would like to go back!

Pleasant stay. Be bear aware as bears are in the area. The cabin is located off grid a bit so expect to be on a gravel road to get to the cabin neighborhood where this is located. Overall great stay. Feedback for the owners: You could use some extra hooks to hang the towels inside.

Exactly as advertised. It’s a cabin with the stated amenities. Exactly what we needed for a guys trip to do some hiking and visit Helen.

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin near Helen, GA. The location was convenient to both activities around Helen and a few hikes around Tallulah Falls. The cabin was clean, easy to access, quiet, and had the things that we needed. Our kids loved the foosball table and hot tub. Great cabin!

Had a lot of fun checking out the waterfalls in the area. The cabin had a great hot tub and located in a quiet area. Great amenities too!

My mom and I stayed here with our two dogs for a week long getaway and we had a fantastic time! The cabin is beautiful and I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a cleaner rental! The floors were immaculately clean which is very impressive for a pet friendly cabin. It is also in a great location and the roads to the cabin are a lot of fun if you aren’t afraid of dirt roads! The neighborhood was wonderful for walking our dogs and we even found a little waterfall about a mile from the cabin.

The cabin is beautiful and was pretty clean on the inside. The bottom porch string lights and ceiling fan lights did not work. Was told to reset gfi which is behind the hot tub making it very difficult to get to. The man of the other couple with us is a certified electrician and came to conclusion that the breaker needed to be tripped but we couldn’t find breaker box so never got to use those lights. The damper to the fireplace got stuck closed so we couldn’t have a fire in the living room. The bathtub upstairs drains slowly as well. But Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and love the cabin. If they get those lights fixed and the fireplace damper to open we would definitely want to stay their again

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was incredible. Everyone loved it. We were close enough to Helen to enjoy all the Christmas festivities and then go back to a quiet place. Everything was “great”. Definitely would stay there again.

Loved the cabin so very much, just be prepared for a gravel road that is bumpy and not good for a car or vehicle you don’t want to drive up steep gravel hills lol. The cabin was EXCEPTIONAL with everything g you need !! Thank you so much!!!

Property is an excellent choice for a family getaway. We had 4 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs; plenty of room for everyone. Due to the gravel narrow road into the property, arriving before dark is a good idea.Plenty of firewood available for use in the fireplace and outdoor firepit.

Clean with all the amenities you want. Loved the hot tub and fire pit!

We had an amazing time at the cabin. The location/property and the cabin were beautiful and peaceful, very well tucked away. We had a serine and relaxing few days hiking and exploring the area. The host was thoughtful and very helpful as well!
