We enjoyed our stay. Fast host response. Property was not far from the main highway.

My family and I made wonderful memories here and were sad to leave. The home was as described. It was clean and everything we needed was provided. It was creaky, but that is to be expected with a cabin. The host was very communicative, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Big Bear. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided made for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this property to others looking for a great experience.

My husband and I stayed in the cabin with 3 teenage girls,we had plenty of room and bathrooms lol!! They cabin and views were beautiful, it was in a great location! We even seen a bear! The host was great and quick at communication! The cabin had everything and more than what you will need to stay comfortably! Will definitely be back!

The cabin was exactly as pictured, and our group had a wonderful stay. It was pretty centrally located for our activities, which let us come back mid-day to refresh before dinner plans. The views were amazing, the A/C was awesome, and there was plenty of room for both togetherness and private space as needed for our party of 6. The place was clean and comfortable, and our host, Dakota, was very communicative and responsive.

The cabin was exactly as pictured. The layout of the home was perfect for our two family stay. Home am was clean, all needs were provided for and host was communicative prior to stay and checked in after arrival to verify we had what was promised. We would definitely stay again!

Great cabin, very clean, wonderful views!

Cabin had everything that I was expecting,and all the kitchen appliances, and utensils and knives were in good condition. Biggest plus was that were extra towels, blankets and pillows in multiple cabinets so there was no shortage there. For an outdoor mountain cabin, it was also very clean, which is great. It's tidy, clean, and homey atmosphere was wonderful, and the mountain views were beautiful.

It fit us all perfectly! The sunset views were absolutely amazing! They also had plenty of bathroom and shower amenities. That is hard to come by now a days! :-)We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as expected. Very nice place for 3 couples to stay (each has their own bed and bath on separate floors). The upstairs bedroom hears the most noise, as there is an opening with wood shutters that overlooks the living area. The most beautiful views of the mountains are off the back decks. Feels like it’s in the middle of no where, but we were 10 mins to Pigeon Forge. Host was extremely responsive and kind.

We had a wonderful time the cabin was nice. The only down side was the downstairs was very cold. We did have to buy a space heater to warm it up.

This was absolutely the best view we have ever had in all the years we have stayed in the area! The cabin was so cozy, loved the simple yet festive Christmas decorations! We long to go back to nights around the fire with the mountains and the glow of the Christmas tree! Every bed was comfy for the family staying in them, it was a great layout and THE VIEW! The attention to detail of having travel size toiletries out was much appreciated, clear communication, and wonderful amenities was great and a fantastic location. Dakota was a dream to work with and answered any questions quickly. We ran into the lady that cleans the cabin and she was wonderful as well, very helpful and accommodating! We also noticed that the hot tub water is changed every time and is well maintained which was much appreciated. We will be back!

This cabin is beautiful! It was very clean and welcoming when we got there! The owner was very responsive any time I messaged her before and during our trip. I appreciated that there was a pack n play provided as we were traveling with a 6 month old and not having to bring ours was so nice!! The views were perfect, the beds were super comfy and we had an amazing trip with family!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin itself was very clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. One of the highlights was the porch — the views from there were absolutely beautiful and made for a perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings.We did have an issue with the hot tub during our stay, but Dakota was responsive, professional, and took care of it for us afterward in a fair way. I really appreciate that level of care and commitment to making sure guests have a great experience.Overall, this was a fantastic cabin in a peaceful location, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Smoky Mountain getaway.

We spent a week here and can’t say enough about the cabin. Dakota was amazing to work with. It was close to the parkway but far enough out to feel private and the views were amazing. We loved sitting on the main deck at night listening to the nature and the morning views are breathtaking. The cabin was perfect it was clean and well kept .if you’re looking for a cabin with views I highly recommend you stay here. We will be back next year and hope to get this cabin again.

Cabin was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, comfortable, and has a great location in close proximity to everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer. We were here for the Cal Ripken tournament and it was an easy and convenient drive back and forth to the fields. Dakota had excellent and prompt communication and made everything a breeze! Our stay(ages 63,55,38, and 25) was all we hoped for and more. The minute we opened the door a blast of cool air welcomed weary travelers from southwest Louisiana. The cabin was clean, roomy, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and access to the national park. We enjoyed the hot tub, the views, and the well appointed kitchen where we found everything we needed. We brought a Keurig with us and were pleasantly surprised to find one already there. We enjoyed a movie and superb wi fi. There were also plenty of towels in the bathrooms which were also very clean. Great communication with the owner, although we had no issues. The only suggestion we have is perhaps adding storage containers for left overs. We had to get creative!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Dakota was so wonderful to deal with, great, quick communication, helpful, hints, and very attentive. The cabin was impeccably, decorated, very clean! Beds were comfortable, air conditioning, and fans all provided plenty of cool air! Plenty of kitchen supplies. The views off the back deck were incredible! Loved the secluded, quiet location! Very close to Dollywood, maybe 15-20 minute drive. Will definitely stay here again!

This was my first VRBO booking experience. It could not have gone any better. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The cabin was just a few minutes drive from the main strip. The cabin itself was amazing & had a beautiful view. We had 9 people in our family group on this trip and there was plenty of room for us. The last stretch of road going up the mountain to the cabin is gravel, but it actually rained on us most of our trip and there were no issues with the road whatsoever. Very well maintained roads. I would highly recommend & will most likely book this cabin again in the future.

Me and my family stayed for 2 nights and the place was awesome. We definitely recommend because it was clean and everything was close by.

This property is beautiful! It had everything we needed an more. Plenty of room and space for everyone and the views from the back deck were breath taking. Who ever they use for house keeping does an amazing job and make you feel like you are on vacation with everything done and made up beautifully. Close to everything but far enough to give you peace and quite. We could not say enough about this property and would highly recommend it.

I regret having to leave this review, but I feel it's important for future guests to be aware of the issues we encountered during our stay.Cleanliness: This was one of the dirtiest properties we've ever stayed in (15 visits). Despite paying a high cleaning fee, there were cobwebs in nearly all corners & thick layers of dust on furniture and throughout the house. The level of uncleanliness was truly disappointing.Maintenance: Several blinds were broken, and the toilets in the basement and upstairs were unusually small - no more than 18 off the floor, more suitable for toddlers.The deck, which houses a hot tub, appears unstable. The supporting beams are noticeably crooked, raising questions about its safety. Additionally, we found numerous beer cans thrown off the decks and scattered in the woods below, suggesting this may have been used as a party cabin in the past.Location!! Location!! Location!! The property is accessed via a remote gravel driveway, which may not be suitable for all vehicles. This information was not clearly stated in the property details.On a positive note, the host was very responsive to communication.I have photographic evidence of these issues and would be willing to provide them if requested.In conclusion, while the location may be appealing, I cannot recommend this property due to the severe cleanliness issues and potential safety concerns. Significant improvements are needed before this can be considered a suitable rental property

Spacious cabin with great views from the back porches. We felt secure and secluded. Short drives to anything you want. My boys want to give 6 stars!

The cabin was great and hosts were exceptional. Wonderful communication, easy check-in and departure. We had no issues. Skeeball and foosball were a hit with the kiddos. View was amazing at sunset! There is a short gravel road on the last bit of the trip but we had no issues getting up in an SUV and van. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was fantastic! We have no complaints about the cabin. The only part is the gravel road that leads up to the cabin was very icy during the time we went. Definitely would make sure you have 4x4 or AWD vehicle during the winter.

We found this location so my family could stay all in one place. My parents enjoyed the suite downstairs, and we stayed upstairs. It was great to have an extra bedroom and main area on the same floor. My toddler absolutely loved the games outside the room too. The views are unbelievable any time of the day and sunset was gorgeous. We did takeout one night with to make sure we saw the sunset from the back porch (dinner with a view)! It was very easy to check-in and check-out. The cabin feel is perfect for being in the mountains. The road to get there is narrow, but that should be expected for staying in the mountains - It worth it for the house and view! They have a nice area for parking too. I would definitely come back! It’s also so close to everything we wanted to see including shows, shopping, and hiking. Dakota was a great host - highly recommend!
