Stayed Jul 27, 2025We had a great time in the cabin. Very clean, comfortable bed, fantastic claw foot tub to relax in. We saw bears almost every day just walking around the property. The cabin is close to Promised land state park which is so beautiful and has amazing hiking trails. We had a very relaxing stay in the cabin.

Stayed May 5, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, three days/nights in mid-week. The cabin was exactly as pictured/described. The porch and bedroom fireplace were highlights of the trip. Peaceful, calm, and relaxing way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We will definitely be booking again

Stayed Sep 27, 2024The property was immaculate the kitchen was adorable and we checked in we saw a huge stag in the yard. The wildlife keeps there distance. The bed was soft, the water was hot and making the fire was so much fun. Oh thank you to the manager who shipped my medicine bag after I left it’s saved my life!

Stayed Aug 14, 2024We loved our stay here. Enjoyed every minute of it. Hiked multiple trails: Shuman trail, wallenpaupak creek and lake trails. Rented a motor boat at promised land stated park and toured wallenpaupack lake. Mount airy casino was nice. Momma black bear and her two cubs stopped by to put on a show for us. The host was great. Would come back again.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024Everything about our stay was phenomenal! From the cozy cabin, to the huge screened in porch, this was the right place for my wife and I to refresh and recharge. Frankly, we can't wait to stay again!
