★Cabin: Pet/Family Friendly, Hot Tub, Large Deck★

Pros: Location was beautiful and close to Berkeley Springs, which we loved. The price was great and the beds were very comfortable. We used the screened patio for every meal.Cons: pool is community, not private. It had limited hours and 15/ person pass (4 included with rental). This was unclear to us. The air conditioners were not installed when we arrived despite highs in the upper 80s. The window units were stored in the closets and Maintenance arrived to install them on our third day.Everything worked, but was very worn.The basement had a musty smell.

We had a lovely time staying in this cabin! The sights from the cabin were lovely, we were easily able to walk to the brewery nearby, and we were a close drive to a lot of the activities we went to. It was also fantastic to have a place that was dog friendly. We’d love to come back sometime!

Outside of the property looked nice and as advertised, but the owner never responded with check in directions. We ended up having to contact VRBO customer support to find another available location in the area.

The house was in great shape, had plenty of room for us to spread out. Connor was responsive and graciously accommodated a request. The neighborhood was peaceful and had plenty of space between homes. Directions to the house were clear and we had no trouble logging in to wifi, operating the lock, accessing the hot tub.

Plenty of space for large group, ample parking, pretty location, close to everything!

We had a great stay at this cabin with our family over New Years! The cabin was thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. It felt private and peaceful, yet was still conveniently located near town, where we had a fun time exploring.The space was perfect for our group—plenty of room to gather together, but also cozy spots to relax. We especially enjoyed the natural surroundings; waking up to the quiet was a highlight of the trip, and since several in our group are artists, we had a good time making watercolors of the views.Everything we needed was provided, from cookware to utensils. The host was communicative and a pleasure to work with. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a West Virginia cabin retreat.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for a quick getaway! It was spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The water view was breathtaking, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day of enjoying the surroundings. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was super attentive and communicated wonderfully throughout our stay, making the experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better visit and would love to return in the warmer months, as I’m sure it’s even more beautiful then.

The house was exactly as described and had a variety of amenities. The stay was great for a bigger group of adults who needed their own space and bathrooms.

Lovely home

The cabin had lots of open space in living and kitchen areas which worked well since we were preparing a big family meal. The hot tub was nice in the evening. The host was very helpful. The 3 bedrooms were great for couples. The 1 room which had multiple bunk like beds were cramped. Consider these for children only.

Rented for a Moms weekend away with all my friends and this was the perfect setting. Connor was a great host and the cabin was perfect.

We had a great time with our kids (both furry and human) at your cozy cabin! Everything was as expected except the details include a fire pit which was not available. Hiking trails were fun and it was conveniently located but the star was your view from your deck.

Our stay was very peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for. Connor's pictures matched up neatly and we were very happy with the location!

Beautiful area and a very nice host

This is a good house for those who want many bedrooms and bathrooms, all of which are of a good size. The best part is the screened in porch, and the hot tub is a plus as well. However, the content of the house are very basic -old towels and sheets, for example- and the basement, which has 3 of the bedrooms, always smelled damp, even though the house was clean. Walls are very thin. The neighborhood is lovely.

Very serene location in a resort community. House was spacious and well equipped with anything you would want. Great wifi. Very nice grill for our group to have a fun dinner. We never even got to try the community pool The area is an absolute gem with eclectic shops and spectacular views. The state park is a short drive away and well worth an afternoon on a clear day.Overall, I would recommend this property and use it again. The only MINOR tweaks I would suggest are upgraded mattresses (just not my style) and adding a K-cup coffee maker.

Very spacious for our large group. Plenty of space to put our groceries. Nice open area to hang out. The kids loved the pool of course and the hot tub. We visited Antietam and Harpers Ferry. Water park is 45 minutes away but well worth the drive.

We had a good short stay. I thought the house was closer to the lake but we still enjoyed the scenery. Quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful cottage in a nice, quiet community. Good location for a relaxing, slow-paced stay spending time with family and friends. Connor was great and the checkin / checkout process was super smooth.

Our family spent a couple days at the cabin and had a great time. The cabin location was great… a quick drive to downtown and walking distance to the pool and brewery/restaurant. The cabin itself was very nice and had everything we needed.

Loved all the natural lighting, a beautiful wooded veiw from the deck especially and 3 sliding doors with access to the deck from every room, leading to a screend porch enclosure. My dogs loved it and I knew they were safe and not wander off.

This cabin is ideal for a family gathering. It is near Berkeley Springs, and the community has a lovely pool. If you are planning on cooking meals for a large group, you might want to bring a large kettle to use in addition to the cook ware that is there for cooking pasta ,corn on the cob, etc.

The living room was a bit dusty and some food items from the last guests were left behind. Overall it was an okay stay. I had a few questions/concerns I had messaged the host about and it took until the next day sometimes to get an answer. I would stay again but wish I would have had a more direct way to contact the host.

This is our second trip to Berkley Springs but our first time staying at this property! We are very happy we decided to try out a different house because this one is absolutely WONDERFUL! So much more room than the last property we stayed at! Communicate from the host was great and the property is very well maintained! Incredibly close to the community pool! Within walking distance! Wish we could have taken advantage of the hot tub but Mother Nature decided to make it the hottest week ever! High recommend this property!

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with several elements of our stay that we believe other renters should be made aware of. While I reached out to the owners several times via the VRBO app and phone while at the house, we never received any communication from the owners during our stay other than “automated” emails about check in and check out and asking for 5-star reviews. We reached out because the house was advertised as having access to a swimming pool and we asked about it in advance of arriving. We came to find out that the owner needed to provide guest passes. We could not find any in the house and when we reached out, we received no communication back. This was disappointing as having access to a swimming pool was a main reason we chose the home. Also, the downstairs portion of the house is not renovated like upstairs. It is damp and musty and in need of a humidifier. That should be an easy fix and will have a positive impact on the furnishings which had wear and tear from the humidity. We did enjoy our time hiking and biking in Cacapon state park and found the downtown of Berkeley Springs charming.

This cabin in the woods near Coolfont in Berkeley Springs, WV was exceptionally clean, comforting, and welcoming. It was easy to find, easy to get to, and we really enjoyed our stay. Huge shout out to the host who was very responsive to all my questions. I would stay there again.

Booked this property for a weekend getaway with friends to celebrate a dissertation defense and Connor was super communicative! Property was great, everyone had a blast in the hot tub and the grill was perfect for our barbecue

We had a wonderful visit. Our time was spent away from the cabin for the most part, but it was wonderful to come home to the hot tub and plenty of space for some many people to spread out. Thanks for making your space so comfortable and clean.

The location is excellent for convenience into Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park and local restaurants. The trails in Cool Font are very nice and the cabin is comfortable and attractive. We loved all the birds and sitting on the deck.

My friends who practice in healing arts and I got together for a retreat to share our modalities here. There was enough space for our yoga, reiki, and magic; and to share meals; and to relax in the hot tub. Would definitely stay again!
