Cabin on the Hill In the Mountains

Wonderful. Communicative and available host. View was perfect, clean, quaint cabin! I loved it.

Everything was just as the host explained we took care of the details that was expected of when we left the only thing was the road sign showing where to stay on newsome gap road was not very visible we missed it the first time other than everything was great the host did amazing as to the snacks drinks in fridge my husband thought that the couch was a little low for arthritis in knees but he was still happy with all the amenities that our host showed us I would definitely be back felt safe there if wanted a get away by myself that is where I would definitely be thank you so much for your kind generosity and use of your cabin in the mountains Linda Driver

Our hosts were great communicators, helped answer questions beforehand and were very responsive to any queries while we were at the cabin.

Cozy cabin. Loved it, other than the 3 mile gravel road to go eat or to go to cloudland canyon. Otherwise it was so quiet and pretty secluded. We would definitely consider coming back!

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely cabin and it won't be our last! It's the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet get-away. The owners are extremely attentive and their attention to detail makes for an enjoyable stay.

Nice restful weekend

We loved this property! It was conveniently located for a wedding at Oakleaf Cottage but far enough off the path to feel private and secluded. Probably one of the cleanest rental properties I’ve ever been to. Beautiful deck overlooking a pond - it will not disappoint if you’re looking for a cool fall getaway!

Exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. The cabin was clean and location was quiet and the view was beautiful.

Wouldn't change anything about it. Great place in a great location with great hosts. Hope to stay there a sixth time next fall!

We enjoyed seeing the deer and the mountains. The host made sure we had everything we needed and good directions on how to find it. That paid off because we arrived at night and we had good cell phone reception to assist.

We really enjoyed our stay was the perfect getaway digist. Enjoy the peaceful surrounding of the what's around us. It's the perfect little cabin in the woods.

My husband and I had a quick weekend trip to the cabin in Red Fawn. The back deck of the cabin had a beautiful view of the cliffs across the valley. There was also a small lake thst we couldn't go down to due to the weather but it made it peaceful. It was also close to cloudland canyon which was perfect. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

Great location in proximity to Cloudlands Canyon, Little River National Perserve (Fort Payne) and Chattanooga! Cabin was clean, quaint and had a good view from the awesome deck. Our hosts were caring and attentive.

The Cabin on the Hill was exactly as described by the host. When we arrived, we found a lovely note from Sylvia and Neal with some much appreciated provisions as welcome gifts. We came for a wedding at BlackBerry Ridge which was about 20 minutes away. This was an excellent location to do all we wanted to do during our short visit. We hiked in Cloudland Canyon State Park and enjoyed the restaurants and exploring the welcoming little towns in the area. The view was fabulous with mountains and lake; the lightening bugs topped it off! Booking and communication was super easy. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is exceptionally clean and even better than the pictures! The views are incredible! A local even told me that they renovated the cabin themselves and I cannot even express how incredible that is! We will absolutely book again!
