This is a small historic barnwood cabin on a gorgeous vineyard. Considering this, it's a beautiful cabin; dry with electricity and plumbing. It's perfect for a close couple or a single person as the bathroom does not have a door. We loved the experience and would stay here again if needed.

Cozy cabin in a tranquil setting. Located within a vineyard and on a pond. Outside setting faced the pond and was an excellent place for coffee and evening cocktails. Beautiful location within easy commute to Chapel Hill, Durham, and surrounding area.

Nice cabin in a secluded private setting. Being pet friendly and having a rustic appearance is what I liked from the review. However there were many things that were lass than desirable. Poor communication with the owner prior to arrival. Did send a couple messages through the app with a quick response but no instructions were given about access the property. Tried calling the owner but every time, it went to voicemail. I did get a call back some time after arriving but this was completely unnecessary. Utensils we’re not available so the owner returned later and brought some to us. Cooking area is outside on a grill which is perfectly acceptable but the available dishes had dirt-dust. There was no place to clean the dishes other than the small bathroom sink. An outside hose would have been fine but was not an option. The Shower did not drain very well. When I contacted the owner, it was going to be looked at the next day. You can only run the shower for about 5-10 seconds max and have to cut the water off to prevent it from flooding the outside floor. So if your into taking intermittent 10 second showers you’ll be ok with it. I wasn’t Community soap was another negative. I’m not sure if the draining issue was looked into while I was out the following day but nothing was followed up with me on it. There is no lock on the main access door. Just turn the door handle and you’re in. I’m limited to 1500 characters so I’m out of room but I could go on and on. I Don’t recommend it.
