Cabin < Half-Mi from Pine Mountain Lake Marina!

We took our family here for our 40th Anniversary! There were 9 of us at any given time and no one had to share a room! Plenty of space and comfortable too! Loved sitting on the deck eating lunch and looking at stars at night! Walk to the Marina is easy! Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us! Would definitely recommend this place!

This house was deceptively huge. It just kept going and going to the back with bedroom after bedroom. Plenty of open space for family gathering time, lots of nice amenities (games, TV, outdoor wrap around deck). Parking can be a little challenging as the driveway runs up the hill, opposite of traffic, but we were able to back in which made exiting easier. Easy walk to the Marina and beach (we were there in Winter so this would be great in the summer). All amenities in the house were provided as promised, and check in/out was super simple. Heard from the host 2-3 days ahead of trip which was perfect. With effectively 4 master bedrooms and a room with two bunks, this is a great place for multiple families to share Roger and Tara F

It was so nice to be able to fit our family into a home within walking distance of the marina. The house easily slept 6 adults and 5 children. Thanks!

Loved this property! It was so suitable to a large family gathering. The amenities were so wonderful. The bathrooms had all the amenities. The coffee bar was convenient as well as anything you needed was available in the kitchen. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family!

Property pretty much lived up to expectation. Kitchen very dated, living furniture and carpet needs replacement. Needs new and more bathroom and kitchen towels.

The house was perfect for what we were looking for and the owner was very responsive when we ran into issues. Specifically, the rug looks beautiful in the photos but I guess the guests prior to us left it in a pretty poor state. The owner worked as quickly as she could to have a professional service come in and clean it, for which we are very grateful. The rug looked good as new after that. Other than that, the place was great for our needs. My major gripe is actually with the HOA. 1. They don't let non-owners park at the main HOA beach on holidays. I booked this property because it was close to the beach but it's much better to drive to when you have kids and all their gear. While you can park slightly shy of a quarter-mile outside the gates of the beach and they did let us do a drop off of our gear, it was not ideal experience. 2. They make non owners who already have their passes into the community wait in excessively long lines to enter the community each time you leave, even though they have a completely empty owners line. I image this is not an issue on a non-holiday weekend but it was annoying for us. 2. The main HOA beach itself was covered with geese poo (I mean inches there was a poo dropping). Someone was there sort of cleaning it up but it was well after open time when we saw him and he probably left 15-25% of the droppings behind. Apparently, the other beaches in the HOA are much better so I highly recommend someone go there. 2. We were also looking forward to eating at the restaurant at the main beach but the food was so bad and greasy we only did it once and regretted it.

The rooms and property are great. I was really upset at the $40 parking charge to enter the gated community, My family and I came in separate cars, it was an addition $160 dollars. Honestly not worth returning to this gated community

Nice home, a couple of issues. Not enough bath towels left for the 10 of us. Moldy coffee filter left in the pot from the previous tenants. Outdoor deck cushions left out in the rain, had to bring them inside to dry so we could use them. Latch on washing machine was broken and inoperable and there was stagnant water and clothes left in the washer from sometime prior. With all that said, we worked around these issues and enjoyed our stay. 1 block walk to the lake was convenient and enjoyed a day In Yosemite a little over an hour away. Also really enjoyed dinner at The Grill at the country club.

This cabin is your home away from home. It is very clean, has so much room to lounge, the bedrooms are very big with nice closets, and bathrooms, beautiful deck all around to enjoy your coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Has a very nice bbq pit to cook and enjoy dinner around the firepit. Has nice restaurants within a few miles and the lake is a 5 minute walk. If anyone is planning a week or weekend away this is the place to go. I myself stayed for 6 days and could have stayed another 6 . I truly recommend it. Loved this cabin.
