Stayed Oct 23, 2025I want to preface this review by saying, other than the check-in process, we had a wonderful time! We did not realize that we would have to turn the water on in the basement before we arrived. There was a lot of confusion due to lack of instructions. We also had an issue with the propane fireplace but David (thank you!!) drove out to get the pilot light on and we were nice and toasty our entire stay! I would be wary about bringing younger kids to this property. There is no railing on the back side of the porch and it is about a 8-10 ft drop. The beds in the upstairs loft are level with the railing. We moved them away because I have an active 8 year old! This is a completely unplugged cabin. No wi-fi or television. Loads of board games to occupy your time! All that to say, we would stay here again. 20 minutes to PSU!
