Stayed May 28, 2026Super clean, communication was on point and location was wonderful! Grandson loved the arcade games and movie theater downstairs. Definitely on our list for another visit to the Smokies!

Stayed May 8, 2026Our hot tub had no power when we arrived. I messaged them and they responded right away. Someone came out first thing the next morning and fixed the problem. They were very responsive.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026This cabin is just so perfect. The location is close to everything. I love the decor and all the bears everywhere. Everything was very clean and organized which we appreciated. They worked with us for a late check-in since the office would’ve been closed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any one Interested in enjoying the best of Pigeon Forge.

Stayed Dec 10, 2025The listing of the home is accurate.Very well-maintained cabin, comfortable bed and furnishing. Great location to downtown Pigeon Forge.Only thing I would mention to future guest is that the road in the subdivision that leads directly to the cabin is VERY steep and the cabin is right at the top of that steep road. The parking is level in front of the cabin which is nice.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Overall impression was good. Upstairs shower was not clean and had open soap and shampoo bottles along with dirty wash clothes. There were soiled sheets on the pullout bed. Very responsive when asking for assistance was appreciated!
