Cabin A at Smith Lake Alabama Cabin’s

Beautiful cabin... was surprised it was so clean, like new condition, well furnished, quiet, right on the lake.

Everything I needed was at the cabin. I took the time to pack a bunch of extra items for cooking and grilling and didn’t even need it lol. My family really enjoyed the stay!

The cabin is cute, clean, homey, comfortable and quiet. Had everything we needed. A warm place to relax. Just for what we were looking for our cold, wet Christkindlmarkt visit.

Very clean and cozy host was great through text and emails did however find it hard to see the entrance sign other than that our stay was great

Clean cozy stay

It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend! We loved how there were no stairs to climb up and down!

Firstly the big issue was the fact that the cabin was double booked only by chance did we arrive first. The second group to arrive weren’t lucky they lost there lodging and they were able to enter the premises after we checked in, and left the cabin unlocked. This raises security issues. I am alarmed that a computerized system double booked. I was also a little disappointed that the cabins were 2 up so we didn’t feel as though we had the cabin to ourselves we were sharing with strangers. Lastly small issues inlude only one trash bag was found for a 4 night stay, perhaps shelves above the toilet and the towel rack opposite the toilet to allow guests a place for their toiletries. The tv in main bedroom would not turn off. Was found unplugged upon arrival. Had to unplug it to turn off when leaving.

I love this place :) it’s my second time here and it always exceeds expectations!

The cabin was wonderful and the setting is beautiful. The place had everything we needed. I would love to come back some day and stay longer!

Cabin A at Smith Lake was a great cabin for our stay! It was a perfect size for my husband, two dogs, and myself! It’s a great authentic-like log cabin with a pretty view from the deck. We had a great stay and look forward to staying again in the future!

This is a wonderful property. It was perfect for a quiet get-away with family. Only suggestion I have is that it be advertised more as only a portion of the home. I read this was cabin “A” but didn’t realize cabin “B” was directly below us. We could hear everything the family below us said.

A friend and I recently stayed at this property for a girls’ getaway…the property was as described and shown in pictures - but what you can’t see is the calm, relaxing space that Tara offers her guests. Everything was lovely and we cannot wait to return.

Great cabin with a beautiful view! Host is easy to work with!

This cabin was a perfect fit for what I needed on this trip. Having this comfortable place to land each evening with my daughter and granddaughter after visiting relatives in town worked out so well. I would love to rent this place again on another visit!

We had a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the beauty of the lake and the peacefulness of the area. It was close enough to the town of Cullman if we needed anything. The cabin was cute and was the perfect size for our group. The bedrooms do get stuffy at night, so take a small fan. The view of the lake is nice and calming. We recommend this perfect little spot!

I went for. A retreat and it was so peaceful

Great location for off roading event. I wish I could rate it higher. Unfortunately when I arrived, the cabin hadn’t been cleaned following the last guest. The bad had been slept in, the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned, and dirty towels were on the floor. I called the phone number provided in the confirmation email and requested a call back. Three days later I still hadn’t heard anything.

Beautiful view of the lake with a tie up boat dock. Directions were easy to follow. Property very clean and comfortable. We had no problems with check in or out! Great getaway.

Overall the property is great. It can be tricky getting a boat backed down the driveway, but if you know what you’re doing you’ll be fine!

We travel all over the south east for archery and this was our favorite stay this season!!!
