Cabin 43 at Centerpoint is the ideal location for all your Buffalo River adventures. We offer a private, scenic setting on 3 blacktop acres. Just 1/8 of a mile to the Centerpoint Trailhead and 3 miles down the mountain to Ponca, and the Buffalo River access, you will be centrally located to hiking, canoeing, elk watching and more. Harrison is just 20 miles north and Jasper 18 miles east, so groceries and supplies are easily accessible. Cabin 43 at Centerpoint has an ideal floorplan for both large and small groups. The main floor consists of a well-stocked, seating for 10, kitchen that is great for gathering family and friend after a long day of exploring. The west facing deck off the kitchen, has a grill and table to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset across the mountain. The living room is open to the kitchen allowing for great conversation throughout. The hallway leads to the master bedroom (with ensuite bath), guestroom and main bath. The large loft area contains a king bed and sitting area. The finished basement boasts 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds each and one full bath. There is also a living area in the lower level. With the exception of the loft, all bedrooms are furnished with smart tv's. Also, each of the 5 bedrooms has one bed per room because we believe guests want to feel like they are in a home and not a hotel. The two-car garage is available for guest use, making it a great place to park those motorcycles or atv's. There is plenty of parking for trailers as well.

Overall stay was great. It was a great location for us to visit Buffalo Riders Ranch nearby. Size was perfect for our group. Cleanliness left some to be desired. Floors were not clean and back porch area also needed some cleaning. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay there again.

This is a beautiful property with a fantastic view. It is located perfectly for access to more hiking, canoeing, and all things outdoors than can be accomplished in the course of a normal vacation. We had 10 people from 75 to 5 in this cabin and it was great for all. Kitchen and grill are well appointed and we cooked and served several meals for our whole crew of 24 with no problems. Bathrooms are plenty and well updated. We saw deer from the large back deck on several occasions. Plenty of seperate areas for large groups to spread out and relax between adventures.

Great view of Arkansas Boston Mountain. Rooms were very pleasant and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs, plates, utensil, towels etc. Plenty of hot water for showers and cleaning and laundry.Great time and plenty of space for family of 10.

The house location was good - thank goodness some really nice man arrived to mow just when we got there - not sure it had been mowed all season. House was moderately clean (bathrooms were fine, but the floors and furniture were very dusty and nothing had been cleaned behind anything in a very long time). Oven had wet goop in it it and smelled and smoked up the house, but when I cleanned it - it then broke and we had no oven for the entire stay (they evidently knew there was a problem with it and had not bothered to fix it - when I notified them, they told me to jiggle it - ugh didn't work and you couldn't even see the markings on the knob.) The propane bottles were empty, the auto lighter in grill didn't work and no matches provided (and of course it was really dirty). Supplies: only bath soap for one bathroom, insufficient laundry detergent and toliet paper and paper towels (partial rolls only). No diswashing detergent - but they did bring some of that and some TP when I complained. I think they try, but they are not instate and can't keep it up. If properly maintained and supplied, it would be a great place to stay. We had to leave a day early due to no way to cook meals in the rain and we were tired of cold sandwiches and they aren't answering my request to refund that day (ghosted me when I made that request) - although they were nice enough to refund the cleaning fee. So - a very mixed review.

This was our third time staying at this place, and it continues to deliver every time. We came for a friends’ getaway, and it was the perfect spot to relax, catch up, and enjoy some time away from the city. Comfortable for 7 people. The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need. The hosts are consistently responsive and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. We’re already talking about coming back for a fourth visit — highly recommend!

The house was great and had an amazing view. Host was very responsive to questions regarding the property the duration of out trip. The only hiccups were access to service and spotting the driveway in the dark. Ladybugs were in abundance

Everything was great, but the sunsets on the back deck were the best.
