Cabin, 3 beds/baths, sleeps 8, large yard for pets, hot tub, stocked kitchen

Property was very clean, roomy and a great deck and hot tub. Large fenced backyard with plenty of room for our 2 dogs. Conveniently located to down town. Great value.

Our second stay here. Beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything needed. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. Christmas tree in living room was a cozy touch. Close enough to do all the shopping and activities around town but located in nice quiet residential area. Thanks for sharing your home.

We didnt use the hot tub but property was definitely pet friendly. Large fenced yard that was perfect for dogs.

Absolutely beautiful, this house has everything, Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. I love that the refrigerator has an icemaker.A large wrap around deck, We really enjoyed sitting outside listening to the owls and stargazing.

This is a spacious house with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It’s on a quiet street surrounded by trees. The road getting there is quite rough, but that’s the town’s concern. It was close to everything that we wanted to do and there is a great grocery in Eureka Springs. The hot tub was very nice.

We've stayed in at least 10 rentals over the years and this cabin blows the others away. The beautiful cabin is very spacious and clean with a HUGE fenced in yard perfect for our dogs. The cabin is located on a very quiet street but only a mile to downtown Eureka Springs. The new huge modern 8 seat hot tub was clean, very powerful and so relaxing. Tip: If you sit in the corners you get a great mid to upper back massage. Sitting along the wall gets your lower back. You get a leg/feet massage anywhere.We can't wait to go back !

PJ's Perch was a great get-a-way. Great cabin, loved all the wood. Great location and amenities. Kitchen was more than fully stocked. Perfect location, minutes from Downtown, restaurants and some sightseeing. Would definitely recommend. Great that it was pet friendly with a huge fenced yard.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was just as expected. My family was able to relax and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was set up well for us to cook our meals and stay in instead of eating out.

My mother-in-law, 2 kids, wife and I enjoyed 2 nights here. Wish we had more time. Plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. Loved the peacefulness of the porch and the hot tub. Great location!

Our women’s friend group spent weekend at property and loved it. The location is perfect for exploring Eureka Springs. The property is comfortably furnished, neighborhood quiet, and kitchen supplies more than adequate. Perfect accommodations and would stay there again!

Very peaceful setting and we loved the country decor

We stayed Thursday to Sunday in this cabin and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It has three bedrooms and three baths, perfect, plus a pullout sofa which we used also. Everything was in working order and clean and the response from the host was always quick. The hot tub was a special treat in the unseasonably cold weekend that we chose. I highly recommend this location!

Clean, nicely decorated. It was nice having some games there and the kitchen had everything we needed/wanted including a few snacks. Downstairs was a little weird since it used a space heater to keep it warm, but that worked well so no complaints!

Very nice location, quiet neighborhood only minutes from activities. Very well stocked kitchen with pretty much everything you need for cooking. Nice size Deck with hot tub and plenty of seating around the patio Table. Many updates in home since pictures were posted on the listing. Pam was an awesome host and responded. Very promptly to messages.

Property was amazing! Didn't care for having to shovel the driveway or the deck but we had a good time. For the extra money i had to pay for the reservation, i shouldnt have had to shovel snow!

Cottage is nice but dated. Could use up scale bedding and a bigger hot water tank. TVs have no sports channels. Yard has fencing issues. Other than that it’s comfortable and worth the price.

This is our second time to stay here and it has been wonderful! Quiet and very comfy stay. If you have a dog, this is a great place to share with them. The large fenced yard is a huge plus. Lost of room if you bring the family. The store is not far if you want to grill and the kitchen has almost everything you need. It is the home away from home. Thanks Pam! We plan to stay again.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! When we come back next year, we are definitely staying there again.

Myself and two friends stayed here while attending a wedding at the Thorncrown Chapel. The cabin was conveniently located and quiet. We did try and leave the cabin clean and did 3 loads of laundry -- towels, sheets and robes. It did make for a bit of rushing to leave. We loved the fenced yard and are already planning another girls outing next year.

Great curb appeal and inside does not disappoint! Everything as is on description of property! Will stay again! Host communication is awesome!

We stayed the weekend for Jeep Jam and it was the perfect location. It was close to town but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the fenced yard for our dog and the hot tub was fabulous! It gave a cozy vibe and SO much room. We had 2 couples and stayed upstairs. You could tell there had been pets downstairs at one time but it did not affect our enjoyment of our stay. I assure you you will not be disappointed! It was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again

We went to the Passion Play, so the location was great. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a large bedroom with sitting area in the basement, which was perfect.

The property has been majorly updated since the pics. All the rooms are spacious, two have their own bathroom attached. The hot tub is perfect, huge fenced in yard for the dog. Pam was a good communicator and we had a fantastic stay.

We were there for a short trip. The house is in a quiet location, very peaceful with a nice deck. The kitchen and living room are open and spacious. We did not need them, but lots of towels were provided. The kitchen seemed well stocked for cooking.

Our friend grouped enjoyed having our fur babies with us in the big backyard and sharing stories over the hot tub!
