First off the office manager has NO customer service skills whatsoever. Second she is a habitual liar. The cabin was supposed to be ready at 4:00pm. We got to the cabin a few minutes after 6:00pm. The door code has not been programmed into the lock so we couldn’t get into the cabin. I call the 1-800 number that the rental company said to call when we arrived. No Answer and no voicemail. I then call the 24/7 maintenance number also no answer I left two voicemails. We waited in the car outside the cabin for a hour and a half waiting on a return call from the management company but never got a response from them. So after a hour and a half and making over 25 calls to the 1-800 office number and 24/7 maintenance line we left because it was getting dark and we had a two year old and a five month old plus my wife’s elderly parents. So we decided to go and find other accommodations. The next morning I call the 1-800 number and the office manager answered and I told her what was going on with the locks and that we would like a refund for the rental. She said that they answered calls all night to which I told her that they weren’t answering anything from 6:30 to 7:45. She was dead set that she wanted to see call logs from where I call, so I sent her screenshots of the call logs as an email. She sent back that I was making up that I called. So I went by the office and she held my phone in her hand and looked at the log with her own eyes she then laid the phone down and said that I didn’t call the numbers for the office and the maintenance number. She then tried to say that she reset the locks while we were there, so I asked if she called me to let me know if she fixed the locks. She said no. I asked how is was supposed to know the locks were fixed she said should have keep trying the code. Which I did before we left at 7:45 and it still wasn’t working. I asked was we supposed to just sit in the car all night and she said yes that we shouldn’t have gotten another place. She said we should have drove to there office in pigeon Forge to talk to them yet she said they leave the office at 7:00pm. I asked for a refund because we had to get accommodations somewhere else. And she keep saying No Refunds for any reason. She said we could back to the property but she never gave a working code to get in, and we had all ready settled in the new accommodations. I just want a refund for a rental that we couldn’t use. These people are crooks.
A very cozy place!! my 4 children and I spent the weekend to celebrate my birthday .. the place is perfect!! It would be the cabin of your dreams, it is worth the stay!
Easy to find! Simple check in process!! Crystal at the front desk answered all of my questions and was very helpful/ friendly! Cabin was very comfortable and homey!
It was a cozy place to stay, well appointed, comfortable bed and bathrooms. We enjoyed it very much.
It was absolutely beautiful. So cozy inside. We loved our stay
The property was lovely and my review would be better but I had NO working water from the time of arrival and check in, when I called the emergency line the gentleman said he knew and they were working on it. . Had I known there wasn’t water and someone had called me in advance to let me know I could have stayed home with my kids for Christmas. I called back again and asked to be refunded and was told someone would call me. I still have not been contacted.
Jacuzzi couldn't be used to full potential, but great place to stay with the significant other, family or friends.
The hot water heater didn’t work for a couple days. I failed to call soon enough because once I did it was fixed within two hours.
We really enjoyed our stay in Bucky’s Bungalow. We really loved the hot tub and jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.
