This property is remote and secluded. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was decorated just as you would expect a cabin should be.

Nice cabin. Everything was great. Only complaint was the smell of the chickens. Although it wasn't their chickens so they had no control of that.

This little remote cabin is everything you could hope for in a getaway to nature! Hammocks, firepit, screened porch with rockers, woods, water access, and all the necessities inside for comfort, cooking, cooling off, and relaxing! My kids loved it here and we will definitely be making this cabin a part of our yearly vacations.

This was such a beautiful place. Truly a slice of heaven. They have perfected peace and relaxation, I look forward to returning and enjoying another beautiful weekend here. The hammocks held the kids hostage and I wasn’t mad about it! We had lots of storms, and while you might thing that’s the last thing you want on your mini vacay, in this cabin, it was everything and more!!

The cabin was lit up and welcoming when we pulled in just before dark. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning to try our luck at digging for diamonds at the state park, so we weren't there long enough to fully relax and take advantage of this woodland retreat. The kids had fun walking down to the river to try to catch fish. We were able to slow charge our EV at a power outlet on the electrical pole in front of the cabin, which helped us get to our next stop the next day. The owner was communicative and sent a helpful map. The cabin was great and was just as it appeared on the listing.

It's an incredibly relaxing place. Everything from the setting in the woods to the decor and accommodations of the host was perfect for this get-away trip. Pam was responsive and went out of her to assist us when we struggled with finding the location. Our only regret was not booking for a longer stay! Highly recommend this host & the Buckeye cabin.

Cabin was in a nice location; seto mail them to us.cluded but still close enough to town and Crater of Diamonds. Very peaceful with all the amenities. Host (Pam) was quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond what was expected. We placed our dirty close in a trash bag and realized after we got home that we accidentally threw them in the trash. Pam was able to retrieve them and went out of her way to mail them to us, which was much appriciated. FOOD FOR THOUGHT: DON'T PUT DIRTY CLOTHES IN A TRASH BAG. LOL

Secluded with starry skies and quiet- just what was needed! Internet is available (though why would you need it?!) and a large t.v. but the front porch and fire ring beckon you to unplug. The host had great communication and answered questions quickly. Not far from downtown Murfreesboro which has a few shops, small grocery store and friendly people.

We enjoyed your wonderful cabin. Decorations were awesome. Y'all had everything we needed. Soooo peaceful. We left butter in frig and freezer in case someone needed it. Hoyt left a bag of charcoal also. Thank you for letting us stay in your cabin. We were celebrating our 1st anniversary and Hoyt's 70th birthday. We were both widowed. Had fun at the Crater of Diamonds. Terri's restaurant was friendly and very good. Hopefully Google can get the right direction to the property. Maybe you can get a little better signage too. A stove would be nice if you plan a upgrade in the future small gas 4 burner with oven maybe. But loved it overall very peaceful.

Pam was amazing. She allowed us to check in early so we could unload everything and immediately hit the river. The cabin was decorated for Christmas with a tree and lights. Everything was perfect. We had plenty of towels, they were so soft and they smelled wonderful. We could not have asked for anything better. We will definitely go back.

Cozy cabin located in the woods. Beautiful scenery. Very clean. We loved sitting out by the fire at night and the older children enjoyed walking down to the river to fish. The river access point does not seem to be a spot for young ones to be as it’s a little steep and it wouldn’t be hard to slip right into the river. I myself almost felt like I was going in at one incident because I lost my footing. Bring your own easy to make meals as the cabin doesn’t have an actual stove/oven and is a little crammed, not a big deal but is good to know. Overall wonderful and beautiful trip, we would stay there again. I hope this helps.

Not in listing is airfryer/oven small of course, and a toaster oven. All the pots, pans and utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, you could want or need, also a hot plate. The bed was very comfy, as was the sofa bed.It is a very comfortable, and cute cabin that feels bigger than it is. We enjoyed the screened in porch, and the hammocks were very nice. The water would get nice and hot and had good pressure. It is not far from town yet feels like you're by yourself, very peaceful and dark at night. We also enjoyed crater of diamonds state park which was only about 15 min away. We would definitely stay here again.

The first view of the cabin with the American Flag and the fairy lights, was just magical. The screened in porch and the cabin were decorated so tastefully and it immediately felt very cozy, like home. Everything you could possibly need was provided, even things we didn't think to need, the host thought of everything. The host responded within 15 minutes any time I messaged. It was just a really nice place to stay. We will definitely return each year, as long as it stays available to rent.

Our stay was great! The cabin was very secluded and peaceful, but only minutes away from downtown Murfreesboro. It also had access (loose stone path) to a new deck and stairs that went down to the river. Note if it is slick, 4wd is necessary to drive down to the deck then back up to the cabin. The cabin was cozy and had most everything we needed to make basic meals. The best was the screened in porch that we used every morning to listen to birds, wildlife or have total silence without worrying about annoying bugs.

We loved staying at this cabin. It was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed. There is a an air fryer, a toaster oven, and a microwave so you can cook pretty much anything you need to. There is also a charcoal grill, but we did not use it. The location is spectacular. It is definitely of the beaten path, but the seclusion was just what we were looking for to relax. Google maps will not get you to the cabin, but the host lets you know this ahead of time and sends a map to help you find the cabin. Plus she has installed orange signs to help you find it. The screened porch was terrific. We drank our coffee out there every morning. It was so peaceful. It is close to Crater of Diamonds, if you plan on going there. Also about an hour away is Wegner Crystal mines. We found a lot of cool crystals there and had fun doing it.We would definitely stay here again. My wife commented several times that if we lived closer, we would stay here often.

It was hard to find on google maps, I recommend using Apple Maps. Access to the river was quite the walk down a steep drive way, then you have to walk back up, unless you drive. The cabin itself was very clean and had everything you need. It was loud due to the air conditioning window unit and fridge. There is no stove, so you can’t cook. There is a toaster oven, air fryer and microwave though. Pam, the host was very attentive and helpful.

I booked this property for my wife and myself for a little anniversary getaway knowing that a trip to Crater of the Diamonds (which is only 12ish minutes away from this property) has always been a bucket list visit for her. This property is 1000% as described but was even better in person!! The peace and tranquility that we experienced here was exactly what we needed. It’s not located in a compound with 10 other cabins and other people bustling around. You get to enjoy complete peacefulness. Access to the Little Missouri is just a short walk (45sec in a 4wd truck) away. We even brought our kayaks. My only complaint is that we don’t live closer to this place otherwise we’d be going often to just getaway. We will for sure be going back though.
