Stayed Aug 1, 2025Great location right outside of Ninilchik. The view is beautiful and you can watch the sunset from the bench swing while listening to the waves on the beach. The property has beautiful natural greenery around the edges with a mowed yard. The room was very cozy and clean. The host put thought into the decor that didn't look store bought but special treasures she had collected over the years that made the place feel like a home.The hoist always responded quickly and is such a sweet person. Its was a great experience. I plan on a return visit soon.

Stayed Jul 16, 2021With fees, taxes and room charge, the place is way over priced. No view of volcanos. you can see the road out of little windows. highway traffic kept us up. no fan to circulate air. Inside was cute and clean. Conveniently located to Ninilchik and Deep Creek beach and charters just a few miles away.
