All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.
Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.
This is a great little cabin, fully stocked with every thing we needed, except extra blankets. I had read about that in a previous review, and brought a down comforter. The location is close to the market, several restaurants, as well as Timberline. We hope to return in the future.
We rented cabin for a few key features. .fenced yard, and fireplace.. both which were not usable as stated.. fireplace had no light to light and were non smokers. Had to wait hours to get brought a lighter to only find out after starting fire that fireplace chimney was unsafe to burn a fire.. massive sparks flying out of chimney onto roof and trees, so we were forced to put out.. we arrived in the dark back yard is not well lite and let dog out and side of hiuse is not fenced as told.. so that was a scare.. bathroom was not well kept Nd mold around sink and gunk in corners as well as around shower had gross build up that had not been cleaned in awhile.. couch had horrible pillows that felt like made of sand paper and very uncomfortable.. back sliding door would not open and took me 45min for me to get it back on so it would slide and be usable.. place needs better care, cleaning and fireplace chimney needs sever cleaning.. was very over priced for property.. unsatified
We had a nice time at the rental. It was well maintained and nicely updated. Overall comfy. An extra blanket would have been nice (husband likes to burrito himself). But we enjoyed our stay overall.
We enjoyed staying at the Mt. Hood Village property. The cabin has lovely upgrades and is in a nice location. We were surprised that there were some missing amenities such as shampoo/conditioner and spare blankets, but fortunately we had brought our own.
