If you are looking for a way to “unwind” or have a “romantic getaway” then there is no better place than the awe inspiring beauty of the Smoky Mountains. Riser’s Ridge Cabin offers you an opportunity to experience one of the best views nature has to offer from the deck of a Private and Beautifully Furnished Studio Cabin. Although the Smoky Mountains is world famous for its fall season, it is also spectacular during spring, summer and winter. And when you are ready to tear yourself away from your rocking chairs on the deck, the cabin has been furnished with nothing but the best in décor. You can enjoy a meal you prepared in the full kitchen, take up a book in front of the wood burning fireplace, or kick back on the couch to do absolutely nothing! We all need more time like that either to ourselves or to spend time with our special someone. If you do feel like you need to get out for some activity, you are 10-15 minutes away from all that Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg have to offer…hiking, biking, antiquing, restaurants and don’t forget Dollywood.

Riser’s Ridge is our personal vacation home and therefore has been furnished and maintained at a high level of quality and care. This cabin is nothing less than an investment in our own happiness; waiting for just the right cabin with just the right view and we have no doubt that succeeded. Now that we were finally able to move to this wonderful state, we live about an hour away but can't be at the cabin all the time so we thought we would offer this amazing experience to other people who just need a way to relax, recover, reconnect, and take in the beauty of nature. We are sure you will come away feeling the same way we did the first time we stood on the deck and took in the spectacular scene all around...breathtaking!

Riser’s Ridge Cabin is a One Bedroom Studio floor plan. It is fully furnished with an upscale modern rustic style. It provides a King Size bed with quality bedding and mattress. A dresser and night stand complete the bedroom area. There is full kitchen with all the basic necessities you would need to prepare meals in addition to a dining table that lets you enjoy both the wood burning fireplace and HD television while you eat. There is a high quality Leather Sofa to sit back and relax in front of the TV and/or fireplace. The wrap around deck comes with two rocking chairs and swing bench; and there is a charcoal barbecue stand for your grilling needs just off the deck. The cabin provides central air, modern water filtration, DVD Player, a Smart TV (with free YouTube TV access) and a free WiFi connection. The road to the cabin is completely paved and since Riser’s Ridge sits at the end, you have plenty of parking in the private cul-de-sac. Although Riser’s Ridge already stands out above the rest just the way it is, we also have plans to continue to upgrade it more and more in the future.

We offer this cabin with a focus on two adults. We do not allow children over the infant age. We completely understand the desire to share time and this experience with your kids, we are also parents, but this cabin is just not furnished for more than two and we have found children to be a bit rough with things in terms of upkeep and maintenance.

And, in case this might be an option that works for you, Riser's Ridge is also just a few doors down from our other cabin, Days Go By (ID 821359). The close proximity of these cabins gives guests a perfect opportunity to travel with other friends and family; each of you getting to enjoy your own private retreat with the same unbeatable views, but be a short walking distance from reconnecting. Just a thought!

In the event you were wondering where Riser's Ridge got its name, I named it after a song that is truly worthy of such a beautiful place....Riser by Dierks Bentley.

A very cozy cabin and has an amazing view! Did notice the water had a metallic smell to it, which was concerning at first but after reaching out to the host she gave us a call and explained thoroughly that water has been tested and is completely safe. We appreciated the quick and polite communication from the host!

This place is small. It is meant for just a couple of people. It is at the end of a road, so you do have privacy. The view is beautiful. If it is raining that does change the view with all the clouds. It is a very peaceful place to stay. There isn't a hot tub. The bed is a little uncomfortable. There is a small dishwasher. There isn't a washer or dryer, so if you plan to stay longer than a few days keep that in mind. We had a good time, we needed some peace and you definitely will get that here.

Everything was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host gave us very detailed information about what to expect for our drive in due to the nature of the mountains as well as everything else about the cabin. Communication was excellent and even though our drive took longer than expected due to traffic and construction so we didn't arrive until after dark, we were still able to pull in and get settled with no issues. It felt very much like home.

Pictures don’t do this adorable cabin justice! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen (we made breakfast and dinner there.) Very close to attractions nearby in pigeon forge. We had a bear and bear cub sighting on the way to the cabin.Be very cautious driving up the steep one lane road to the cabin, but you definitely feel like you have your privacy up there. The view was spectacular. We loved the screen door on the back porch so we could leave that open to hear outside, but avoid the bugs and carpenter bees.

The cabin was nicely furnished the view was wonderful the issue was the water. It was HORRIBLE!!! I washed my hands when we first arrived and the smell was nauseating. We immediately got back out in the dark and went to Kroger and bought about 10 gallons of water. We used this for everything, I was afraid to brush my teeth and we resorted to filling the sink with water and washing with a washcloth, and I was unable to wash my long hair. the sink, toilet and shower are all horribly stained. The shower curtain, which is supposed to be white is stained orange. We couldn’t take it anymore and ended up leaving Wednesday night at 8, to drive 6 1/2 hours home. Arriving around 3….the first thing we did was take showers. We have stayed in various cabins along Memory Way and Renetta Drive probably 10 times throughout the years and have never had an issue. So, we paid for a night and couldn’t even stay there. We are extremely dissatisfied as this was the only vacation we planned for this year.,

Cute little cabin with an absolutely perfect view! Does not get much better! Very comfy bed. The drive up is narrow so take your time. Only request I would have for future bookings, need a box fan or some sort of sound machine. When it’s dark and quite up there very noise wakes you up. We had a raccoon that kept making god awful noises. Also, do not use the tap water in the coffee pot! Being bottled water. All in all 10/10 cabin! Would stay again! Thank you!

For our first time in Tennessee and not knowing what exactly to expect, I can say we had a wonderful experience. The cabin was unbelievably clean and well kept. Amy helped me with the beginning process because I was having a dab bit of anxiety with what to bring with us. The listing for this cabin is accurate, as far as what she provides, and how to get to the cabin. You definitely need a vehicle that’s able to make it up hills to get to the property. But the view, absolutely speechless. Will be staying here again!

This cabin has the view and very clean and has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your getaway. The drive up to the cabin is very steep! It is close to Pigeon Forge but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The one ceiling fan did not work and one of the lights needed a new light bulb. If you are looking for activities try Legacy Zip Lines, the Alpine Coater. We also recommend Rockytop UTV adventures to explore the Smokies.Highly recommend this cabin if you are steady on your feet.

The facility was excellent. The view was awesome. The only shortcomings involved visible dust and cobwebs. I assume this is only a temporary issue? Be aware that there are non-venomous scorpions that are about. My wife was stung by one inside the cabin. But it didn't ruin our trip. We would definitely go back if the above issues were resolved.
