Breath Taking Heavenly Views- Minutes From Dollywood!

Jodi had an issue with her cabin and worked it out so we could stay next door! It was a beautiful place!

Property was very clean. Minimal kitchenware provided. The views are great. Close to Pigeon Forge. Hot tub worked without any issue. Would recommend.

The location of the cabin was amazing! The cabin was clean. When I contacted the owner about anything they were quick to respond. I would recommend this cabin rental to anyone. It was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains from the front porch.

This was a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view. The location is in very close proximity to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. There is ample room for one car. Two cars is doable, but tight. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean. The property management company does need to do a better job of routine maintenance. There was a swarm of carpenter bees outside the door, which appears as if they've been there for a while as it is causing wood damage. The tub faucet, dishwasher and sink faucet were all very loose. We were not able to open the side door at all and we could barely go through that door because of the bees. There was also a wasp nest under the eaves in the deck. A couple of times the bees were so intense it forced us to have to sit inside, but we could not open the windows because there are no screens on the windows. The unit does not supply basic items for travelers such as coffee filters, sugar packets, salt and pepper. There could be at least one loads worth of laundry soap, as there is a washer and dryer. All of the utensils were incredibly cheap and the pots and pans were difficult to cook with. If you're not cooking, those are not issues, of course. This is a very beautiful unit in a beautiful location and a little bit more attention to detail and TLC would make it fabulous. All in all, we still enjoyed our time here very much.

The views are amazing, although the trees around the cabin are starting to obscure it in places. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. However, the whole place could use a once over: There are missing or burned out lightbulbs.A cable box in one of the bedrooms didn’t work (didn’t try streaming, but the main living area tv was not connected to wifi). The washer/dryer combo sounds like it might be near replacement time, but it did the job. Upstairs bed frame slopes on one side. Downstairs bath handle requires turning the entire shroud, because the handle itself is broken; upstairs shower is drippy.Could probably use a new toaster. Though trivial, this details brought down our overall satisfaction with the cabin. However, none of these were problematic enough we needed them addressed while staying. Overall, we would stay here again. The cabin has stunning views of sunrise and sunset, with a great location a few minutes from Pigeon Forge.

Great location and perfect amount of space! The host was quick with responses and that was much appreciated. The location was close to many attractions, but also remote. Be cautious as the drive up to the cabin can be pretty steep and coming from a flat state, that was new to me. The cabin has just enough amenities. Beds were soft and cozy. It was clean, but also be aware that you are in the woods. Bugs and critters happen. It would be helpful to have some bug spray on hand in case they make their way indoor. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on my next visit!

Location was perfect. A few small issues within the house but nothing to complain about.

Cabin has a great view, but that’s about it. Dirty bedding, showers with very poor water pressure and faulty water nozzles. Cabin had a sewage smell during the majority of the stay.

The views from the cabin are great but the cabin itself needs some upkeep.

This is our 2nd time staying at Heavenly Ridge. We stayed 3 years ago for our first visit. The views are incredible! It’s the perfect size for our family of 4. The owner is very attentive and friendly. The kitchen is fully stocked so we’re able to cook and have meals together as a family. The hot tub is a nice bonus too. We’d love to come back for a 3rd visit but in the fall next time We highly recommend this place!!

Cabin had amazing views. Directions and signage were helpful (& needed) to find the cabin. A few things needed fixing/updating/cleaning (dishwasher. Shower faucet) we were looking forward to the spa but it wasn’t clean. Good cabin with beautiful views that needs a little attention

Very nice cabin. they have a leak in the bathroom. when someone is showering upstairs, it leaks from the ceiling on the toilet in the downstairs bathroom. there was an error on my account where i cant contact the property owner. Kitchen equipment could be better. coffee pot was dirty. no dish sponges.

The cabin was clean. The hot tub was okay. The buttons were hard to use though. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. The shower heads were awful, pressure lacked so bad. The view however was breathtaking as described. We did not encounter any bears. Our main issue that we were not aware of was the tiny road coming up to the cabin. I’m so glad it wasn’t busy because I have no idea how 2 cars could pass on that tiny road and very steep hills. We had to go up at night once and it gave me anxiety. We didn’t need to contact our host, but I feel if we did have to, it would have been easy. The best part was the view. It’s why we chose this cabin and it did not disappoint.

The directions are a little misleading and no clear signage for the cabin, but other than that it was beautiful and wonderful

Cozy cabin with a beautiful view. Located near the state parks and pigeon forge. A part of the view was obscured by brush and trees but can easily be fixed with a little trimming. Host was quick to respond.

Beautiful cabin at the top of a mountain. Fabulous views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. Close to Dollywood and multiple restaurants and entertainment venues.

Perfect location close to everything. Good size for a small family. Very quiet and private. Need some trees trimmed. Exciting visit from a young bear.

Cabin is beautiful! The views were excellent! Some were a little obstructed with a few trees but mostly clear. The drive up was more steep than anticipated but we managed fine.

Great views, comfy beds. Plenty of space for family and cooking. Could have used some stuff for coffee and cooked a little more than others but we made due. Enjoyed the hot tub and peaceful surrounding.

Couldn’t use the bath or hot tub. Water was dirty and hot tub was covered in filth. Cabin was full of cob webs and new bugs everyday. A few Termites were there. Grill wasn’t usable either. Just felt dirty and not safe for two babies.

The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The views were amazing. The driveway up is rather steep and long, but that's what you get when you want amazing views. It's conveniently located by Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. My family really enjoyed the hot tub as well. There are so many different activities to do in the area.

Generally speaking, we enjoyed the cabin and it was comfortable The views were outstanding. The mattresses and pillows were hard/uncomfortable like cheap hotel bedding and there were no alternative pillows provided. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms, which we thought was odd because every other VRBO we’ve stayed in has provided those amenities. We did ask about them and the manager responded they were not provided. We requested extra towels because the only ones that were provided were one per person for bathing and there were no extras for the Jacuzzi but we requested and the property manager sent some the following day. It was an easy drive to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. But the drive up to the cabin from the main road was a little steep so anyone that has issues with sharp turns and steep grades, beware. There was also a bear who came by regularly, but the wild blackberries were in season. The upstairs bedroom floor squeaks and if you are in the bedroom below you will hear every footstep. It was also warm upstairs but if you turn on the box fan and put it in front of the vent in the bedroom it will pull more cool air upstairs.

Had an amazing time. Just as described and perfect for our vacation. Not far from town. Perfect!! Would stay again.

Beautiful views at this cabin, but the drive up was scary for us. Very curvy and steep with one lane so if you meet someone driving, yikes! Had a hard time finding cabin, put address in our navigation and it stopped at the wrong location. Had to take the switchback road to get back to it. They need to have the address number posted at end of driveway. The driveway was washing away some, needs to be filled in more with gravel. The other big issue for us was that there was sulphur water in the showers. Smelled bad when you took a shower and tub upstairs was very yellowed from it. Be careful as we saw a bear at our garbage cans one morning. Fun to see but just be aware, they are quiet!Otherwise, cabin was clean and the views from the porch were absolutely breathtaking!

I usually take the time to write positive reviews, because so few people do. We were disappointed in the reviews left by those before us they gave a false picture of this cabin. The reviews on this property are excellent, but we do NOT agree. The stove & the refrigerator (outside doors) were dirty. The kitchen table felt greasy. The coffee maker worked EXTREMELY slow.The bathtubs & toilets are all stained and the water is atrocious. Make sure you bring bottled water to drink & extra to use for brushing teeth etc. The upstairs was hot while downstairs cool, the quilts on the beds, although cute, were threadbare. The curtains have bare spots in them and spider webs were everywhere. The lamp on the table in the upper bedroom did not work.The view and wrap around porch are stunning, but hindered by overgrowth. It appears someone trimmed some limbs but left them where they fell to rot.It would have been nice had they hauled those off instead of allowing it to rot in the front yard. It’s full of debris. My husband noticed some termites that might be an issue.The toilet upstairs stopped up twice requiring plunging. Definitely time for some septic tank cleaning.A couple of the rocking chairs need to be replaced before they collapse. The BBQ grill is unusable & rusted out as well as the fire pit. The soft goods in this cabin could be inexpensively replaced! The tubs should be resurfaced. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again,

Cabin was wonderful would stay again. Great views and amenities. Overall very clean only issue we had was upstairs shower not draining well. Hot tub was excellent. Great parking area. Great for families or just adults.

We were directly between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Also super close to Dollywood. Had a great time at the Grand Nationals and was visited by a racoon. Overall great spot!

This is not our first time to this area. I would definitely stay in this house again. The size of the rooms on the first floor are a little smaller than what we're used to, but definitely do able. I know there was a post about the views being blocked by the trees. They did cut the trees down. And you can see the views from the deck. We did get a visit by a bear While we were there, the house was very clean.if you are looking for a place that has great view with out the crazy drive to the house this is for you the road is paved all the way up..we where there 4 days and 3 night I would suggest get extra toilet, paper and extra paper towels. The property owners may want to give extra towels. We had 4 adults and a two-year-old and only 3 towels. We made it would. Like i said i would definitely say agai

The views at this cabin are spectacular! We enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the morning and evenings, watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset.The cabin is very nice and spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. My son especially enjoyed the hot tub and the foosball table. Washer and dryer were great additions to have as well. While the cabin is at the top of a mountain, we were 10 minutes or less to anywhere in Pigeon Forge for all the fun activities and restaurants. Our host was available to answer our questions or address our needs. I would stay here again!

Super nice cabin. Love the views and how close it was to town. Needs a few things worked on. The Drains drained very slow in the showers and there was spider webs in almost every corner. Not a big deal. Tv was broken in upstairs room and the one in the downstairs would not pick up any channels due to the cable box not working. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely use it again.

View is amazing. The accuracy of the listing doesn’t lie about that. However, we went for the hot tub with the view but that was a no go. The hot tub is dirty probably from hard water but then that brings an entirely different issue. We couldn’t use the hot tub and wouldn’t even take showers because the smell of the water and the color of the water was so bad. But the view is amazing!

Beautiful cabin at the top of a mountain. Clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Highly recommend if you want peace, quiet and amazing views.

I suggest getting there before dark because it’s hard to see signs in low light. The drive up the mountain is steep and narrow but easy to make. The cabin was very clean and true to the listing. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was clean. We did encounter a bear our first morning so keep an eye out for visitors. Once he spotted us, he moved on to the next house.

Property and view. We're absolutely beautiful.but we were somewhat disappointed because the beautiful views that they show from the one upstairs. Bedroom on the online pictures is not being maintained. There were trees growing up in part of the view that weren't there in the pixtures online. The pictures online are also deceiving. It appeared as though you were out in the woods all by yourself. And while you are in the woods on a ridge. There are cabins on each side within throwing distance.thankfully, it was nothing to obstruct the beautiful views.also needs better directions on how to unlock the door. The instructions gave a code and told you to turn the knob. But you actually had to press another button as well and we had to figure that out on our own. There were a few small maintenance issues that need taken care of as well but nothing real serious. Overall, we would stay there again and greatly enjoyed it

The cabin itself is nice however very limited bedroom space. The shower heads are very dirty as well as the tub itself. The tub spout is about to break. The coffee pot did not work and had the host called us back when we left a message about it This review would of been better, when you reach out on day one and leave five days later someone should of called back.

We had a great time. Cabin was very nice and very clean. Beautiful views. The road getting there is steep and curvy but that is to be expected in the mountains. We would be happy to return there again.

We had a wonderful time. Not far from all the things we wanted to see or do. Loved the jacuzzi and the views are amazing. Highly recommend!
