every thing was good excep the main king bed on main floor was broken down on one side.Also all the toilets were old short ones - big problem for us old people

We had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. I would suggest filling the Overdeck cracks so when people are below that can sit out without being rained on.

The house had stains on the carpet. The pillows on thw sofa looked dirty. The toiletries were very small not enough for five days. Everything was super limited. The group decided to leave on Sunday instead of Monday. Internet did not work emailed or text no response. So i called and the person said he didn't get any messageHe sent a person to fix it a new router had to be installed.

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Branson. The cabin was beautiful.

The property was close to everything. We have no major complaints. The only advise ill give to owners is the block that keeps sliding door closed will not stop a little girl from going outside on her own during the night. Kids room is downstairs need to have same locks you have upstairs. Thanks fo the great stay we will look foward to coming back.

We had a great stay! The cabin was clean and the process of check-in was incredibly smooth! The older children loved that they could walk down to the lake to watch boats or fish. It was fully stocked on all items needed for cooking. Any question we had was very quickly answered! Would stay here again for when we head to Branson again.

The house and the view is beautiful as pictured. My reasoning for the 4 star will not apply to everyone. However we made sure to ask before booking if we were able to park our boat in the driveway. We were told as long as all vehicles and boat/trailer fits in the driveway it wouldn’t be a problem. We did just that, parking our Malibu 24MXZ, Expedition and F450 in the driveway no problem. Within minutes the HOA guy came by and said no boat parking is allowed per HOA rules and that we could park it in a literal field about 5 miles away. We called the nearest marinas and they were booked on slips. We obviously didn’t feel comfortable leaving our boat in an open field during the night. We told him we got an ok from the property manager that we could park in the driveway as long as nothing is in the street. He was not happy to say the least and made sure we knew that on several different occasions. We could never get the WiFi to work. We didn’t reach out about it though so it might have been a quick fix/we spent the majority of our time on the water so it wasn’t a huge deal. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor areas were beautiful.

Great location. The nice layout of the house makes all the bedrooms private. Nicely equipped kitchen and outdoor space.

The house was awesome and the walk down to the lake was perfect. Even though it’s around many other homes, it was very peaceful. Beds were comfy and great communication from the property owner. Close to all the fun activities as well. Highly recommend!

This was my first Vrbo booking and I will definitely do it again! The property had everything we needed and was super quiet. We enjoyed the deck and all of the kitchen amenities.

Very nice house right on the water with plenty of space for all 6 of us to enjoy the stay. Each couple having a floor and all of us gathering to cook eat and fellowship together on the main floor and the patio with the fire pit!

We had an outstanding visit to the Branson area. We especially liked the location of this unit and its proximity to things we did while we were in town. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water. The kitchen is well appointed but you need to bring spices if you intend to cook. The patio, fire pit and grill were awesome. Will definitely be back.

Cute cabin, new features, and different hang out spots. Deck is great for morning before it gets too hot out. Wear shoes if it's peak heat, that deck gets hot! The fire pit space was a great additional spot to hang out. You'll need to bring your own spices for cooking, as those weren't available. Close to all the fun Branson attractions.

Accomodations were great. Close proximity to the water but he sure to bring everything up to the house at night. Us and neighbors left water toys at the water edge and they were stolen overnight ... Definitely our bad but live and learn.

From our 1st impression, we knew we picked the right place for our stay. The house was roomy but also very relaxed and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough for multiple people preparing food. We loved the outdoor seating areas! The close proximity to the water was perfect: We floated, swam and kayaked. The location was great in terms of going to the grocery store and SDC but without all the touristy- ness. We were there primarily for family and the lake. Everyone had a great time! Highly recommend!

The property is located in a quiet and peaceful community. It’s close to shopping and entertainment area.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. Even more beautiful than the pictures. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Short trip to all Branson attractions and marinas.

The property was fantastic. We had lots of room in the house for nine of us, and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The view of the lake and the surrounding area was so beautiful. We were able to do some fishing and also enjoyed relaxing on the deck. It was a perfect trip for my husband and I, our two sons and daughters-in-law, and our three grandchildren.
