Brand New Modern Cabin Steps away from beautiful Houghton Lake

The property was wonderful, space was updated and clean, the host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better trip.

My siblings, parent and I all rented cabins (4 of the 5) for a long weekend in July 2025 and had a wonderful time. Each cabin was slightly different, but each was so accommodating and well stocked. From beach towels to stick floor vacuums the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We took full advantage of the “club house” as the kids called it for large meal prep and loved being able to use the blackstone and fire pits. We had lovely casual meals outdoors, letting the kids easily move between cabins while we could keep our eyes on them. Being able to sit on the various porches and see the beach or shared space made for great family time.

Very clean and pefect on the water spot. We rented the pontoon they had and we had a great time. Lots of common area amenities for the group.

Great cabin and excellent communication. The towels were soft and even provided beach towels. So many amenities, we hung out in the cabana and had fires every night. We were also able to keep our boat on their dock for our stay. There are 5 cabins all together it would be a great place for several families to come stay together

We had a fantastic stay at Loni’s cottage! The house was absolutely beautiful—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Loni was a wonderful host: welcoming, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure her guests have a great experience.The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and well-kept getaway spot.Thank you, Loni, for sharing such a lovely place with us.

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin last year and we had plenty of parking for our truck and trailer and two Jeeps that we brought. We absolutely loved the stay so much that we rebooked it for this year. We had the same situation, the same vehicles, but this year parking was a problem. Our friend with the truck and trailer ended up, leaving because of the situation and ending his vacation early. As we could not really find a secure place for him to park his truck and trailer. Yet the entire weekend no one parked in the location where his truck trailer was originally parked. I didn’t see anywhere in the listing where each cabin is limited to one vehicle, but I noticed it inside the cabin on a note. The cabin is beautiful otherwise

Loni had great communication, his response time is very quick. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient.

Lovely property nestled on houghton lake. The cabin was charming with all modern amenities. Great common areas with yard games, fantastic fire pit, and comfortable seating. Great weekend away to go trail riding and enjoy the lake! Best of both worlds

Great little cabin to rent. Very clean and stocked with everything you would need. The only downside for me was the road noise.
