BRAND NEW Huge Indoor Pool - Epic Starlight Theater - Premier Mountain Views!

This house was perfect for our family of 10! The best location and views, and the kids all thoroughly enjoyed the large pool!!! Communication was superior with the owners, and we really appreciated the time that we were able to have together as a family.

the house was everything advertised and much more. sitting on the decks in the morning looking at the mountains was a beautiful backdrop. the hosts were very responsive whenever i messaged them. the house had enough space for our group of 10 and the kids loved the pool and the game room. thanks for sharing your house with us.

This was a perfect getaway. The pool is the perfect size for a family. The hosts were very quick to respond to every question and were very hospitable. The cabin is immaculate. We will definitely be coming back.

Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our week vacation at the cabin. The views as noted are incredible. It's a very spacious, clean, and well equipped home. The pool and theatre room were hit along with the outdoor TV/fireplace area on the top floor. The parking area is a little tricky, slopes towards the home but you get use to it. We miss the mountains already!

It was incredibly clean, had everything and anything you may need/want, communication with host was amazing, and the place had room for everyone in our group!

Beautiful spot. When the washer/dryer stopped working the host had it replaced the next day. We are planning to book again this year

The communication with the hosts was great, but it doesn't make up for the issues we had. The cleanliness of the cabin fell very short. Floors were filthy we had to ask them to come and clean them again which they did with a cloth and a broom which did not clean them, our feet/socks were still black from the floors. The kitchen did not have normal things you would expect like spatula and spoons for cooking. The house has an infestation of the asian ladybugs (we killed hundreds while we were there - they are in every room so good luck sleeping if you don't like bugs!) and there are ants in the basement. Can't play pool because all of the pool sticks have broken tips. Pool was not heated as advertised it was freezing cold and unusable for the end of December. Trash was still there from someone prior to us and there was no trash pickup during the week we were there, so be careful about how much trash you accumulate during your stay, especially with a family getaway like us with 8 people. Overall very disappointed with our stay given what we paid and how perfect all the previous reviews were.

Our family stayed during Christmas week 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Hosts were very attentive sending us multiple messages during the week to check in. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the game room, indoor pool, and theater room! The holiday decor was also very festive.

A beautiful home with amazing views! It had all of the amenities you could ask for… Movie, theater, swimming pool, hot tub, and a stocked kitchen. The owners were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Check-in was easy. Would love to return!

Clean & perfect home to host our family and friends! Highly recommend! The view was breathtaking especially in the mornings. Only downfall was a smoke detector battery needed to be replaced and nobody ever came out to take care of that.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Smoky Mountain cabin! The panoramic views are simply breathtaking — morning coffee on the deck felt like a dream. The home is exceptionally clean and furnished with upscale, comfortable furniture that make it feel both luxurious and cozy. We enjoyed every amenity — relaxing in the hot tub under the stars, taking a dip in the pool, and ending the night in the private theater room. This cabin truly has it all! We can’t wait to come back.

The house was perfect for our family of 8. It was new and clean and well maintained. The host was responsive whenever we reached out to her. We had plenty of room to spread out or gather together for meals and time together. The view is indescribable. There are 2 beautiful decks and they were perfect for having meals and just gathering for conversation.

House was great! Comfortable beds, clean and well designed for family. Parking could be tough but we had 3 vehicles parked together without problems. Host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was great getting information to us.

Absolutely Amazing! Everything from their communication, check in, additional information about places to see, we can not say enough about it. They were awesome. Even though we only stayed 3 nights, they made us feel like we belonged there and not just some strangers staying at their house. We will be going back for a longer stay. When I first seen their pictures of the view, I thought to myself these cant be actual photos. I was wrong. Delta Dawn is priceless.

The tv remotes were all messed up. Hot tub could have been warmer. Pool was perfect…loved it! We spent a lot of time on the fireplace porch. Gorgeous views! Road to get there was kind of dicey!

Views were amazing and traveling with multiple kids enjoyed amazing pool.

Everything was amazing. This was our first time in the area and using Vrbo and would absolutely do it again. The property was beautiful and welcoming. This has been our best vacation by far.

The house and mountain views are beautiful! The photos and descriptions of the house on VRBO are well done and accurate. The house did NOT disappoint. The house was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay special. The hosts are the best and answered any questions we had during our stay promptly! The house is convenient to grocery stores and any other things one may need. I highly recommend this home and hosts when staying in the Sevierville-Pigeon Forge area!

The pictures for this house don’t do its justice! The hosts are outstanding the house is very clean, beds are super comfortable and I could go on and on about this. The hosts we had were truly the amazing part they were very helpful in telling us about the area and making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend them!!!!

We had the best vacation here! The kids loved the game room and indoor pool. The theater was very comfortable and had the best surround sound! It was so nice having the kid’s bedrooms on the game room level, they played all night together. The proximity to all that Pigeon Forge had to offer was just right, not too far but just enough to get away into the mountains! We reunited with friends and had an amazing weekend. The cabin was so much fun with teenage boys; the games, pool and theater room kept everyone occupied. The beds slept great and the view was spectacular! We recommend this property to anyone wanting lots of space and lots of fun!

We had the most amazing stay! From the stunning views from every level, beyond comfortable beds, large bathrooms in every bedroom, deep pool, and awesome movie room - we never wanted to leave! The hosts were so fast to respond and provided a welcome packet that had us feeling like we knew exactly what to expect on our visit! We will absolutely be staying here again!!!

We can’t begin to say how much we loved this cabin! Plenty of things to keep the whole family occupied! Our littles loved the pool and hot tub and even enjoyed a movie in the theatre room! The cabin was very accommodating and prepped for some great family time.

We had a wonderful stay between Christmas and New Year’s with our family. 6 adults and 4 children ages 1 month to 12 yrs. The home was beautiful and well stocked for a family that loves to cook. The pool and hot tub were a hit for everyone. The temperatures were moderate but it was rainy. The view was phenomenal when we were able to be on the balcony’s. Definitely a great set up for families with children. We loved the baby gates. A lot of time was spent in the game room also. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very quick to respond to the questions we had about the home and things in the local area. I would highly recommend!!
