We had a great weekend with multiple families together in the house. It’s extremely convenient to Black Mountain and Asheville!

We had an amazing stay at this Swannanoa property and would absolutely come back. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short drive to Asheville for restaurants, shopping, and exploring.The space itself was very comfortable and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after a full day out. We especially loved the quiet surroundings—it was exactly what we were hoping for in a getaway.Any small details we noticed were very minor and didn’t take away from the experience at all. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient spot in the Swannanoa/Asheville area.

Overall the house was awesome. Very comfortable and great location. All the necessary kitchen utensils. Would definitely come back. Be aware, during cold temps the water pipes may freeze.They dispatched the handyman immediately to fix the problem. The host was very gracious and offered compensation for the inconvenience. Very responsive and helpful despite a tough situation. I suspect they will add insulation to avoid issues in the future

The house was gorgeous and set up well for a large crowd with a big kitchen and two seating areas. Bedrooms were cozy and the beds even had cotton sheets! The host was very communicative and kind. The mountain views were beautiful and the hot tub a fun treat. No road noise and quiet neighbors. Highly recommend!!

Home was very clean and well maintained. There were no issues with check-in/check-out, appliances, hot tub, or fireplaces. Our host was very responsive and helpful to questions. The home was easily accessible and close by to all attractions! We felt the quality of the home made our trip even better! We would 1000% stay here again!

House was very clean and amenities / hosts were very accommodating. Hated we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub.

Absolutely loved this place! Super comfy beds, great kitchen with everything we needed, friendly hosts, convenient location to explore the area. Hot tub and pool table were fun. Place was big enough where we could spread out and find private space as well.

Outstanding, 5 star accommodations. We had very high expectations based on the photos and description of the property, and the reality exceeded our expectations. Very clean, spacious, quiet, and spectacular mountain and valley views from the master bedroom and many points in and around the property. Communication with host was outstanding!

My husband and I celebrated my milestone birthday with our adult sons and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the hot tub and gas fire pit and the spacious kitchen. The views were spectacular. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed by the host.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful home. The view from the hot tub was picture perfect. We were so close to all the things but so far at the same time...peace and quiet was the goal and we scored for sure!

Our stay was amazing. The house is spotless, roomy for a larger group , with a fenced yard for your pups and a hot tub that is private and overlooks the mountains. The check in process was smooth with good communication with the owners. They have fireplaces and a propane or wood firepit for your use. The kitchen is gorgeous and our bedroom windows view was stunning . The location is very close to black mountain or Asheville.

We loved the spacious interior and the spectacular outside.

Had a great stay with the dogs for a quick spring break.

Took my daughters and their friends to this beautiful getaway to escape for a couple days. House was clean, well stocked and just overall amazing. We were very comfortable and honestly didn’t want to leave. Property manager was responsive to my questions and was great with communication. Hope to return!

Very clean, neat, modern property with well equipped kitchen; plenty of pots, pans, glasses - all in good condition. Easy check in with responsive host. Open plan layout was great for our grandchildren and dogs as well as the fenced in deck and yard. Excellent hot tub.
