Boo Boo's Cabin - Charming Lake Front Cabin located 5 miles to Helen, GA!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. The host communication was outstanding. Answered all our questions promptly. We will definitely be booking this cabin again!

We enjoyed our stay here for the weekend! The availability of fishing gear really topped off the weekend for my granddaughter.

A great cozy cabin experience! The grounds are amazing and there is so much to do in the area. Very close to Helen and several parks for an adventure.

Boo Boo’s Cabin is a cabin located within Mountain Lakes Resort, very close to Lake Qualatchee. The resort is fairly crowded with properties yet quiet & respectable. We especially liked the amenities: putt putt course, diner, walking trail leading to a waterfall, etc). The cabin itself was very clean and comfortable, featuring a queen bed in the loft and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The back deck is large and screened in, keeping bugs out. Several fishing poles and a tackle box were provided. One of the best parts about the property is how close it is to Helen; only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown. All in all, Boo Boo’s cabin is a great place to stay for a romantic weekend getaway.

The cabin was very comfortable and clean. The neighbors were friendly and the Host - Jamie was so kind and helpful. It was a wonderful trip and the resort is so nice. We went swimming, we hiked up to see the waterfall, and we got to see the beautiful horses. It's close to everything and the people are so nice and friendly.

This vacation property was truly a little piece of heaven. I woulr recommend anuone to stay here whos wanting peace and relaxation. We are already looking to plan our next vacation. The host were super helpful.

Cute spot! Very clean and inviting. Staff at the clubhouse and security are friendly and helpful. We fished on the lake - no shortage of getting a bite. Close drive to Helen.

Our family just stayed at Boo Boo’s Cabin in Cleveland, Georgia, and it was absolutely amazing. There is so much to do within about a 20-minute radius that our kids were constantly excited and busy.From exploring downtown Helen to visiting a drive-through safari, gold mining, mountain hiking, and gem hunting—there was truly an adventure around every corner. All of that was outside of Mountain Lakes, where Boo Boo’s Cabin is located.The property itself was fantastic. There’s a huge lake that is absolutely loaded with fish, and the host even provided fishing poles and tackle. The kids loved fishing every chance they got. There’s also a short hike to a beautiful waterfall, and the horseback riding nearby was a huge highlight for our family.Inside, the cabin was perfect. It was cozy and warm on the cold days and cooled down easily on the warmer days. Everything worked exactly as it should. The place was extremely clean, and we didn’t see a single bug or critter during our stay.One of our favorite spots was the fully screened back porch with beautiful views overlooking the lake. It was the perfect place to relax in the morning or unwind in the evening.The clubhouse also kept the kids entertained, which was great since we experienced both cold days and warm days during our visit. No matter what the weather was like, there was always something fun to do.This was a fantastic family trip, and Boo Boo’s Cabin made it even better. We’re already looking forward to coming back

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The cabin was perfect. Clean. New. Cozy. Cute. Everything you could want in a place! Had everything we needed!!!!! The location was excellent. We decided to take a last minute trip to Helen. We did the cabbage patch hospital, downtown Helen, zip lining, shopping. It was close to it all! We ate at some great places!! All within minutes from the cabin! Lastly, can’t leave without talking about the host!!!! Great communication and such a kind heart!!!!!!! We def hope to be back some day!!!!!

This cabin was very cozy and clean. Perfect weekend getaway. Host were great, and even left us a Christmas ornament for our own tree!

Jamie was so friendly and helpful. The cabin was amazing and the whole resort was so quiet. There were neighbors all around but it was so quiet. I hope to be able to go back again next year and stay in Boo Boo’s cabin again. It was beautiful and just perfect for our family. We were so comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I love how clean the cabin was ! The host was so sweet and was alway a text away. We had a fun little get away and got to enjoy some of the resort’s amenities such as fishing in the lake ( caught a few too).

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was the perfect mix of cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed to feel right at home. The space was clean, well-kept, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together as a family.What stood out the most was how helpful and accommodating the host was. Anytime we had a question, they responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their guests having the best experience possible.This cabin is a gem, and we’d happily come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a great host!

We booked this cabin for 4 days for a family vacation. The cabin itself was very nice, clean and roomy. The resort was quiet and it has many amenities although we only took advantage of the horseback riding.The only thing that was a bit surprising was the proximity to the other lots, it wasn’t very clear in the pictures. But over all it was a lovely stay and we would consider staying again if we were in the area.

I stayed two nights with my granddaughters in this nice cabin. It was a quick trip, but we had fun spent a lot of time in the main pool. Everything was very clean and neat and the neighbor was especially nice. She gave my granddaughters some food for the geese which they loved feeding!

Very cute and charming cabin with everything we needed for our stay. It was also very clean and just a super short drive to Helen—perfect location.

This was the best cabin vacation I have ever had. Jamie was an amazing host. Very friendly, accommodating, and wonderful about communicating and giving lots of tips and information about the area. The cabin itself is beautiful but the fact that it’s located perfectly was the best part. The resort itself is so much fun and can literally be a vacation in and of itself, but it’s also very close to so many other super fun places that just made this the dream trip for us. Definitely recommend this location to anyone because it’s the perfect mix of cozy camping feel with all the niceties of feeling at home.

Cabin was beautiful! Despite being in a resort area it was really quiet. Overlooking the lake was an added bonus! Loved the cabin and being in mountains! Jamie was great and communication was great with her!

When we were searching for cabins, we had one requirement: a hot tub. The listing had mentioned a hot tub, but there was actually not one in the cabin (only a shared one in the complex). Turns out the cabin is inside an RV community with all the RVs/Cabins very close together. So much so that when looking out the windows and deck you see other cabins - plus a street light that shines directly in the main picture window (without any way to block it out)There were also dead roaches scattered on the floor. Some baby roaches even wound up in my partner's drink!No soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was not really a door.The last morning we were there the pipes froze so we didn't have water.The cabin did have a very nice kitchen. And the owner Jamie was very responsive.This wasn't quite the romantic getaway we pictured.

We booked this property for my son's birthday trip. We've stayed in Mountain Lakes Resort before so we knew what to expect as far as the amenities. I was impressed with how clean the cabin was and how gracious the host was with the items provided in the cabin. This was just right for our quick family getaway. I will say if you're staying with friends or extended family the bathroom having a bifold door doesn't provide much privacy. For us this wasn't an issue but a heads up for anyone that might be shy. Thanks again for a lovely place to relax!

If i could give more stars i would. The resort has so much to offer me and my fiancé didn't even get to enjoy it all. Lovely cabin through and through. The host was so helpful and courteous. We plan to stay on Booboo cabin again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Boo Boo’s Cabin. The host was phenomenal and graciously agreed to allow us to add an extra day on the front end of our stay THE DAY OFF! Amazing! Definitely would stay there again when traveling to the Helen GA area.
