Beautiful home. Very roomy and so much to do on site

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation!

Our family of 19, ranging in age from 3 months to 60 years, spent several days at Bluff Mountain Splash. Out of the dozens of cabins in which we’ve stayed in the area over the past 30 years, this was by far our favorite. It was also the cleanest cabin we’ve stayed in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook family meals. The two game rooms provide so much entertainment for everyone. Our younger grandchildren loved the playground. The pools were used by all of us. It is just a fabulous property! We did have a few bear encounters. A word of advice: lock your vehicles! On our second night there, a bear got into three (unlocked) vehicles in the drive way. It didn’t damage anything but left footprints on the seats and center consoles. A few nights later we found ourselves stuck in the pool house while two bears wandered around the playground and deck. It was so exciting! Communication with the property management was quick and all questions were answered. It’s the best we’ve ever experienced. Our one complaint is that the outdoor kitchen isn’t as shown in the property photographs. Part of it has been replaced with a large grill rather than the grill/griddle combo shown, and that made our grill night difficult. We highly recommend this cabin! We certainly will be back!

We stayed for four nights with a group of 18 — 14 high school seniors and 4 adult chaperones—for a senior class trip, and the home was absolutely amazing. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy. The teens stayed busy the entire time. The golf simulator was a huge hit and kept the boys entertained for hours. We enjoyed a couple of movies in the theater room, made s'mores by the fire one evening, and spent plenty of time in the pool house. The hot tub was in use every night! The views from the deck are remarkable and made the perfect spot for morning coffee. The only thing to note is that it's a bit of a walk down to the yard and pool house. While we appreciated that the path is handicap accessible and wheelchair-friendly, a direct staircase from the upper patio/pool area to the yard would have been convenient. That said, it certainly didn't take away from our experience. The home truly has everything you could ask for—amazing views, two pools, a hot tub, and plenty of games and activities for both adults and kids. The management company was also wonderful to work with. They were responsive, helpful, and quick to provide recommendations when needed. Overall, this home was fantastic and perfect for a large group. We would highly recommend it!

This house was more than we expected. Rooms were large and comfy. Hard to pick which room was the best. Kids room had games and pinball machines. Play room had golf simulator , pool table, card table and arcade machines. Kitchen had everything you needed. Deck was fabulous with great view. Living room was Hugh and great view. Dinning room was great. Indoor and outdoor pool. Hot tub and playground for kids. My family was very impressed with the house

This cabin was top notch! We had a cousins trip with all different ages. We couldn't have been more impressed and pleased! From the cleanliness, communication and the amenities. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate our meals in. There was so much to do that we never had to leave the cabin. The biggest hit was the pool! We definitely want to plan a future trip.

The location of this home was fabulous with expansive views of the mountains from all levels. Every amenity you could imagine included for all ages. Couldn’t have been any better. Excellent!!!

Bluff Mountain Splash was by all means Awesome! It was very clean, the rooms were large, the kids loved the 2 game rooms while the adults were busy with the simulator. What I'm about to say by no means warrants less than a 5 star but the stink bugs in the master 1st floor were ridiculously aggravating! The only other thing we would've liked was another way (walkway enclosed) to get to the pool house. At night, in the rain or snow and in the cooler months it's not easy to get the little kids there without being cold. We will absolutely rent the cabin again but probably in the summer months!!

We loved this home! So much thought has gone into it to make it enjoyable for everyone! It was almost a resort in itself that we hated to leave! From the sunrises, sunsets, and the bears, it was enjoyed by all! Hopefully we can return soon to this beautiful home in a great area!

We’ve been coming to the Smokies as a family annually for over 20 years. Our family has grown and we had 12 adults and 5 grandkids all under 4 years of age this year. This by far was our favorite place we have stayed. It has it all. Stunning views, incredible house with plenty of options:plenty of seating to enjoy a meal together, swimming, playing games, having a firepit night together or late night golf simulator play when the kids were down for the night. The pool and golf simulator were absolutely amazing and worth the price of staying here alone. My wife is in a wheel chair and this house was perfect for her to access everything with the use of the elevator and ramps. Plenty of room to maneuver. We stayed 5 night and only left the property twice and that is not normal. We had no reason to leave. We made so many great memories together that will last a lifetime. It you are on the fence of paying so much for a stay, trust me in saying you will not be disappointed and will be glad you paid a bit more. Worth every penny.

The cabin was very clean and the amenities were wonderful. Our grandchildren loved the game rooms, outdoor play area, and pool. There was more than enough room for everyone to not feel crowded. The views were unbelievable: sunrises, sunsets, a supermoon, 2 rainbows, and a bear passing through. We would love to stay here again one day!

We had an amazing time celebrating my daughters wedding held at the nearby Trillium venue. The house was incredible everyone loved it, I think our party occupied half the neighborhood which was fun seeing everyone's unique homes. We had so much fun and there was something to do for all ages young or old on top of the gorgeous views! We all said we should come back yearly for a family reunion.

This property exceeded expectations. It was exactly (and more) than what the listing detailed. The best part was communication with the property manager from the initial booking to the week of our stay. When an issue came up, it was handled immediately. We had a group of 12 for a family reunion and vacation. We mainly stayed at the property and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. Having the pool house was an extra bonus! This property is definitely a cut above the rest.

Super clean. Well laid out. Well equipped. 20 people and 4 generations had plenty of space. Loved the indoor pool. Best vrbo rental we have rented.Town is nice and quiet and just a short drive to Pidgeon Forge. I have to admit the beds were firner than we like. But. Thats typical of rentals. Ciastal Vibe wax great to deal with and management of the property.

This property was fantastic! So perfect for our family and had every bell and whistle you could think of (although I would suggest they add boxes of tissues in the bathrooms). We had a wonderful trip and were sorry to leave so soon.

Our stay at was amazing. Between the pool and the golf simulator, everyone was always busy. The oven did not work while we were there but communication with Mountain Vibes was great and they tried to remedy the situation as best as they could.

We had a large group with a vast of ages from toddler to 50s. This place was absolutely perfect with the most lovely views! There qas enough space for everyone to have their own space, but join up for meals/pool time. The outdoor pool was amazing when it was nice and the indoor pool was incredible during the rain. The kids loved the waterfall! My only want which isn't even a big deal, might bw to have a step option to get back up vs just the long ramp. (Again, not a deal breaker whatsoever) Management was very responsive and checked in frequently. Everything was very clean and exactly as explained. We loved this space and getting to visit the mountains! Highly recommend.

Perfect house for our vacation. Plenty to do for all ages and the elevator was a big help.

This place was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 5 kids ages 8-13. Everyone had their own space. The kids had enough activities and places to separate if needed. We all enjoyed it. The view is beautiful. Be sure to lock your cars the bears love to look inside.

We had 5 families (23 people total) stay at this house and we never felt crowded! The house is amazing with so many amenities and things to do. The only slight downfall is the steep mountain roads getting there, but you forget all about it when you get to the house and see the beautiful views. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! House was very clean, lots of dishes in the kitchen and beds were very comfortable. My husband and brother in law loved the golf simulator, it was a hit! The kids loved the pools and the movie theater. There was something for everyone! My dad has mobility issues and this house worked extremely well for him.House had a lot of supplies and space to keep enough food and drink for a large group. Management company was quick to respond to any question which is a huge plus for me. We would choose to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our family of 10 ranging from 2 years to 65 years. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours in it. In fact, it was such a great design that our timid 5 year old became a fish by the end of our stay. The 2 year old loved jumping in, too. The home was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. The room with the nursery was a blessing and a unique feature for most VRBO's. Whenever we had an issue, the hosts responded within an hour or less. We did come home to a black bear visiting. It had opened one of the car doors of our kids' car and decided it needed a minty toothpick. Be sure to remove ALL food and smelly things from your car and lock your doors. :) Would definitely come back to this home if we have a future need.

Bluff Mountain Splash is nothing short of Amazing. We took our whole family age range from 1 to 59! We barely left the house as there was something for everyone to do. The view was unbelievable! The house was spotless and absolutely amazing. We had a minor glitch with the pool but it was addressed and taken care of immediately. We spent countless hours outside in the yard and using the pools and hot tub. The kids loved the theater room as well! We had black bears visit us and we got to watch them play in the yard. Yes, scary but truely an incredible experiance for all of us. We are already taking about coming back next year!

Beautiful home, beautiful views. Great pool and outdoor play area. We even had an early morning visit from a bear! It was soo cool. But we recommend having bear spray handy just in case!

Once again, this fabulous home provided us with the perfect space for our large group! The pools, game rooms (esp the new golf simulator), turfed play area, expansive kitchen/dining areas and super roomy bedrooms with attached bathrooms were all so well planned out! Such a great space for kids as well as adults! Definitely recommending this home to our friends! Can't wait to stay here again!

We have stayed all over the Smokies and have never had a view like we enjoyed at Bluff Mountain Splash. One of the most beautiful homes we have had the pleasure of renting, such a great layout and spaces for family members of all ages to enjoy. Location can’t be beat, extremely close to downtown Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area compared to other developments. Top of the line experience in every way and we can’t wait to visit again. The Fairview Home is a group home for developmentally delayed adults. We had 20 individuals with us. The home was in a beautiful location and was very handicap friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year! Thanks for the memories!
