Stayed Aug 30, 2025This place is perfect! Don’t let the size fool you! Luxury can come in small packages and did in this space! The place was spotless! I am a bit over the top when it comes to cleanliness and this place absolutely surpassed my expectations! My husband and kids joke that my clean is not like others. My level of clean requires passing of the white glove inspections. If that were true, this place is the only place I’ve ever stayed that was my level of clean! It was beautifully decorated! The bed was extremely comfortable! Linens and towels were sparkling white and luxurious! Kitchen stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, cleaning supplies… everything was perfect! The ambiance was magnificent and gave my husband and I the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy each other's company! If you are on the fence and a “container home stay,” trust me!’ Book now!! To the host, thank you for sharing the Blue Gator with my Hubby and I! Our daughter just started law school at UF. She has roommates so we hope to have the opportunity to stay at the Blue Gator for many more weekend visits!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025My fiance and I, along with one of our friends stayed here for Gatornationals and cannot say enough good about this place! Don’t let its size fool you, everything is high quality! The top bed was super-comfy and the linens were amazing. Like, softer and nicer than some high-end hotels. Our very tall, large friend slept on the sofa-converted-to-bed and said it was very comfortable; something he didn’t expect at all given it wasn’t a “true” bed. Honestly, we’ll take this place over a hotel ANY day. We’ll definitely be back!
