Black Hills Cabin w/ Hot Tub: 11 Mi to Mt Rushmore

This cabin can exceed your expectations. It's an excellent choice for those who like privacy and a quiet stay. This cabin is equipped with all you need for a comfortable vacation - a big TV in the living room and 2 smaller TVs in the bedrooms with lots of channels and movie library, 3 separate decks for the living room and bedrooms, and a lovely kitchen with dishwasher, serveware, and utensils, crockpot and other small appliances. There is a wet bar with a coffee maker, a tea kettle, and many types of glasses. The central cooling system works perfectly. WiFi has a good speed, we watched a live channel on Youtube without any problems. There is a gas grill there so BBQ lovers will enjoy their stay also. The cabin looks exactly as in the pictures. If you have any questions homeowner is happy to help. Rushmore Mount is just 10 mi from that cabin, and the beautiful lake with a beach is about 2 mi away. That area has 5G coverage with most companies. We really enjoyed the time we spent there and highly recommend this cabin for your stay.

Really love the location of the rental. We had plenty of privacy and access was great. Blanchard, our host, was awesome. The accommodation itself was very appropriately furnished. Many commented on the small bathroom, but it was a great idea to put sinks in the two bedrooms as that made a big difference. All in all a great rental and highly recommended.

Very comfortable

We had a wonderful time in Blanche's beautiful cabin. Our 2 puppers loved it too. She has dog bowls at the door for them, lots of space for them to run, play, explore and potty. We met Blanche and visited with her a couple of times over our 3 day stay and she's so personable and kind. This is a person you want to rent from! The cabin was the perfect size for our 2 Golden Retriever/Lab/Great Pyrenees mix girls, my husband and me. We really enjoyed the 3 balconies/porches to sit on. The beds are a little hard but we still slept fine after our daily outings.

Clean modern cabin that had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation to the black hills. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was just right for making breakfast each morning. We made popcorn and streamed a movie the night it rained. There are a lot of stairs/steps to get into and out of the cabin and the bathroom is pretty small. Neither of those things are a negative, (and weren't a problem for us) but just something to be aware of. We were close to the monuments and there were plenty of small towns within reach of this location. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. Kids loved the candyshop and ice cream across the road. We appreciated the nice clean gas station to fuel up each day before heading out on our adventures.Overall a great place to stay.

Great place to stay to explore the Black Hills. Blanche was a wonderful host. Great neighborhood to walk the dog. Very efficient rooms. Loved it!

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway.

There is a coffee pot but no filters, and a dish washer but no detergent. There is no cooking oil provided. There are minor issues, just things that you may want. There is convenience store close.

A perfect choice for our vacation. All of our expectations were exceeded.

My husband and I spent a long weekend with my parents and had a perfect time. The location is convenient for driving to the area's attractions. The cabin was comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available and working. Even though we saw how small the bathroom was when we arrived, it worked out fine and was not an issue. Both bedrooms have an area to get ready, and everything was perfect. The beds are comfortable, and the area is beautiful. We loved our stay. Thank you!!!

My family had a wonderful time at the Cabin! It was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds and couch were very comfortable. Tv was nice and large. The fridge and beverage fridge were perfect for our 5 day stay. Bathroom is small, but sinks in bedrooms were helpful! Cabin is as advertised. Location is quiet and central to many activities. The local property contact, Blanche was very responsive and helpful. Great stay! We would definitely recommend to others!

Perfect 2 bedroom for a family. Trust me, sharing an expensive hotel room with your kids doesn’t compare. This didn’t cost much more and was the way to go. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. In 3 full days, we hiked Black Elk Peak, drove Needles, Iron Mt Rd, Custer Wildlife loop, Rushmore Cave, bikes 30 miles of Mickelson Trail, ate at the Alpine Inn, saw Mt Rushmore, did Bear Country and Reptiles Gardens… with a 2 and 3 year old. Perfect central hub for all of that. Great stay! Just book it!
