Had a great time at this property for thanksgiving with my family! The location is amazing. The amount of space this house has is great as well as all the amenities! You won’t be bored just spending all your time in this home! Would definitely book again!

There was ALOT of RAT poop in the game room and the tv was not working it looked like the wires were chewed through. No cleaning supplies were available. We went out to buy trash bags and Clorox wipes to keep kitchen clean after cooking.

The cabin was really nice and very large and roomy. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook and barbecue. The bedrooms were also very comfortable. The game room was a fun place to hang out and the spa is nice even tho we never used it. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the cabin very much. There were only a very few cons to this stay but I think they need to be mentioned. The housecleaning was lacking slightly. Not where we didn't think it was clean, but there were a few items left behind from previous tenants that should have been removed. A soda can in one bedroom, an open beer bottle in the garage and some chapstick and earplugs on the bathroom floor in the game room, plus a dirty towel on one of the beds. Also cigarette butts on the patio and trash out front. The important stuff, like bedding, bathrooms and kitchen were clean so we were comfortable staying and didn't complain. The only other con was it is right across the street from a ski resort, and if you visit while they are making snow, the blowers run ALL NIGHT and they are very loud! We had to all buy earplugs to sleep through the sound.

We used this cabin for our cross country training camp. The bunkhouse was a perfect place to house the boys and the main house worked perfectly for the girls! The management was very responsive to questions during our stay and made checkout a breeze! We will definitely stay here again - if allowed to - and hope to make it our summer camp home for years to come! This cabin is beautiful :)

We had a great time staying with several families at the house. The location is great. Right across the street from the slopes. We would ski to in front of the house and leave our skis outside and have lunch and then go back skiing some more. The management company was very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. Thanks for letting us rent the place

My family was super excited when we first arrived at the property but as soon as we called to check in, we found out the house was not cleaned and mind you this is after a 2 hour drive to get to big bear for us, with a couple young ones in the car. I sent an email saying that check in was at 1pm and we arrived at 2:30pm. We decided to go the the zoo in the mean time down the street. Spent an extra $76 that we didn't plan on. I was told I would get a text/call when house would be ready. 4:30 came along and still nothing, so I decided to call the person in charge and she gave us the code for the lock box. First thing we noticed was that there was trash was left on the deck. Then the cleaning service that was there before us left the floors wet by the entrance inside the house and there was laundry left in the washer and dryer. We also had to wipe down dining table which was left dirty. Also there was a problem with the wifi. Called person in charge and left text messages which were not promptly answered. Was lucky enough to have a family member fix the wifi, but main tv did not turn on/work at all. One final problem we had was that there were little white bbs in the carpet that was left behind and almost eaten by the toddlers that were playing on the carpet. Paying almost $1500 a night, you'd think everything would be in order but not with this property. It felt like property owner/person left in charge did not care at all about the renters. Hope they get things straightened out for future guests. Some pros about the house: right next to bear mountain resort, house has lots of room for 20+ people, if there is snow there are plenty to sleds to use in garage. Sad to say next year we will have to find another vacation house to rent in Big Bear.

Perfect for a large group. Kids and young adults loved the bunk house and game room. For skiers, could not ask for a better location: right across the street from the slopes. Celebrated my wife's birthday with our large family. All remarked what a wonderful cabin it was. Jessica, et al were wonderful to work with. Would book again.

This year was our 4th annual Big Bear Trip and our 4th different place. Our group this year was 19 adults and 5 children. Needless to say, we need a large space to accommodate our crew and this place was amazing for that. The location was incredible and for those in our party that snowboard or ski, all they had to do was cross the street at they were at the slopes. The views were breathtaking, environment was serene compared to some of the other places we have stayed at. If I had any complaints, it would be parking but due to the location, there were some local space that we were able to use without issue. Outside of that, we are all really looking forward to our 5th annual trip next, staying at this location again!!! You won't be disappointed either!

This house comes with everything you need but the skis. Kitchen has all the items you could need to cook a family meal, there were paper towels and trash bags for us to use plus plenty of dish soap and other needed items. Location is amazing right next to the bunny slopes, you can walk about 75 yards and you will be at the top of the bunny lift. When you are done for the day you can get off at that lift and ski right to the street in front of the house and have 20 feet to walk to be home. The garage has everything you will need for a snow storm, we found salt and several shovels in there perfect for keeping the stairs safe. Plus there are a couple of sleds that were perfect for us to pull the kids in. Also there is room to park one car inside if needed. Heater for the house works amazing, you will not be cold. House might look a little dated, with some wear and tear but for a rental this place is in amazing shape one of the best in Big Bear trust me i have rented them all over the years. Bunk House and Game Room! This could be the best part of the house or should i say guest house. They are a separate building all together with the game room being on the first floor and the bunk house being on the second floor. If you are like me and have kids you can put them to sleep in the main house and then the adults can have some fun in the guest house without having to worry about making to much noise. The bunk house has 12 beds in it set up like 3 story bunk beds perfect for a huge group. Game room has a sweet pool table, ping pong and a amazing pac man machine that i hold all the records on. *when we arrived there was some trash out on the deck covered by some snow, I called the property manager and within 20 mins they had someone stop by and remove it. Very professional Final Note If you are going to Big Bear and want the true Ski In Ski Out feeling this house and the others on LASSEN Dr are it, location wise nothing else can compare!

Just returned from a great trip to this cabin. It sits right at the landing for chair lift 7 and u can walk directly from the front door to the bench put on your snowboard and go. No need to drive anywhere. The cabin had great room and plenty of space for a huge family such as ours. Super helpful and friendly staff that was available for any of our needs. This is a great cabin in a great location and all of us agreed we will be returning next year.
