Stayed Oct 28, 2025It was a nice clean room with kitchen amenities. It was a nice short drive to the Park. The long gravel road was a pain but worth the experience of the old west town motif. The breakfast variety was very good and easy to prepare. The room was comfortable but the stairs to the bedroom was a surprise as my wife struggles climbing stairs. It was an overall good experience and a unique character.

Stayed May 16, 2025The a.c. unit was not working properly in the freight room. The owner made up for it and moved us to an excellent room with a great a.c. The property was wonderful and we had a great time!

Stayed May 23, 2025If you're visiting the park STAY HERE!! It was so cool! The rooms and the whole concept was very unique! Our room was the Frieght Office, it was a loft bed and we felt like little kids again in a fort. Made our stay here much more fun! Its worth an extra few bucks trust me!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025The property seemed priced reasonably for the location. Given that, the whole area of Terlingua is dusty, and extremely dusty during high winds, which is often. The windows in our unit sealed poorly and allowed quite a bit of dust into the unit, making sleeping uncomfortable. A simple fix is modern vinyl windows, and they should make that happen. People with respiratory issues should probably avoid this unit and make sure other units are better sealed.

Stayed Jan 5, 2026This place is a blessing. Just 20 mins away from big bend and 10 mins away from Terlingua. You have access to all the things in the canteen. Also, the natural vegetation that you find in bigbend are all in this stay. Such a unique experience. Each house crafted with details. I’ll for sure go back.

Stayed Oct 29, 2025The cabin was unique and very comfortable. The views were incredible, and the sunset was amazing! Our host made sure we had everything we needed and gave detailed instructions on location and access. Park entrance was just down the road from the ranch. I wish we'd planned our trip to spend more time here!

Stayed Oct 20, 2025It was an off the grid communal multi cabins experience with beautiful night skies. We felt that those that stayed there made us feel like it was a community. Lots of loving dogs including ours.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025This was the perfect location for a scenic vacation. We enjoyed the out of the way location, the ghost town setting and the beautiful setting in the mountains. We are already looking forward to the next trip and trying to decide which room we want to reserve.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025We loved our stay! The Freight Office was spacious for 2 people and super cute. I like that there was also an public kitchen that had a stove and a grill. We had a lot of fun using the grill to make food after our hikes. The views from our stay at Ten Bits Ranch were stunning and the area was super quiet even with other guest staying there. I would stay here again
