Stayed Mar 22, 2026We had a group of 12 and everyone stayed comfortably. The views are incredible, and the hot tub was a great touch…much needed after long days on the trails. The BBQ, fire pit, and deck were excellent, and the deck gets nice shade in the latter half of the afternoon which made it really enjoyable to hang out outside.The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear and utensils, including a crock pot and air fryer, which made cooking for a large group easy. The host, Jennifer, was very responsive, and both check-in and check-out were simple and smooth.I would definitely recommend staying here to family and friends.

Stayed Mar 19, 2026The house was perfect for my family trip with 2 seniors, 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children. The large kitchen and dining table accommodated us perfectly. Thank you for keeping the kitchen so well stocked and equipped. The game closet was such a fun addition. Great house, with a 20 minute drive to get into Zion.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Wonderful stay for our family trip with grandparents kids and grandkids. Enjoyed how close it was to Zion and the views were fantastic with so much space for the family. Would recommend and would love to stay again

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Such a beautiful property. Master bedroom is HUGE and outside spaces are so nice. Hot tub was lovely and the house has many games, kitchen supplies, and other amenities. Would 100% visit again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025This was a perfect house for our party of 9! The house is pristine and beautifully appointed. It’s so comfortable and the views are amazing. The proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon makes it a perfect place to experience both locations. Our drive to the main parking lot of Zion was about 40 minutes and it was great to come back to the quietness of the house. We loved hanging in the hot tub and the game room is really well done too! Everyone from 15 to 80 loved it all! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 11, 2025We enjoyed our stay. Lots of space. Clean. Kitchen stocked good. Fun game room. Queen/full beds were a little hard. Also, if you’re going to do activities over at Ponderosa Ranch, research prices, you have to pay for all of their amenities.
