This was our second stay in this cabin and we loved it once again! Great location in a private peaceful neighborhood but still just a few minutes from all the attractions.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It's centrally located, and very well equipped! We used the crockpot several times and enjoyed being able to grill.The washer and dryer were a huge plus too. Our daughter enjoyed the hot tub after daily excursions. I definitely recommend it for small families!

We rented this cabin for the month of March 2026. The cabin was everything it was advertised as. Our favorite days were sitting on the deck looking at the mountain view, listening to an audiobook and crocheting. The view was perfect and we had weather from 85 to snowing for the day. It was perfect. Will definitely rent again.

Host came to fix the hot tub within 24 hours but I do want to point out that it looked like they were already aware that it was broken based on some tools sitting out and it stinks that it was one of our few days to be able to enjoy it and we were not able to. Otherwise it was a nice cabin and has a good view. I don’t know that we’d stay again but possibly.

Very comfortable place, the couch and beds were soft and we had a great nights rest. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Host communication had to be initiated by us but we got all the info we needed. Hot tub was clean and very enjoyable. The cabin is also very close to everything you need/want in Pigeon Forge. The only reason to not put 5 stars was simply the game room. The hockey table was very old and did not work properly and that was the only thing in that room that made it a “game room”. Great place overall

Cabin was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was broken and the grill wouldn’t light. The beds definitely are not enough for 6. We had a family of 4 and it was enough. Host was quick to respond and kind. We would recommend for a family, but make sure to double check that the amenities are fixed.

My wife and I stayed at BlackBerry Patch for a week and found the cabin a wonderful place for a vacation.Everything was clean when we arrived and the evening September sun brightened the entire cabin. There were cleaning/toiletry boxes with supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen; while we did use some of our own supplies we found the provided items met our needs for most of our stay.The main floor was spacious for the two of us. We cooked all of our breakfasts and most dinners in the kitchen. It was well stocked with the needed cooking equipment and my wife mentioned the knives were sharp and cut easily (I’ve found dull knives are the most overlooked item in most places we’ve stayed)While there are neighboring properties the back porch was very secluded. It was a great place for looking at the nearby mountain with the morning coffee or evening beverage. The hot tub is also located on the back porch and we used it after many long hikes and enjoyed the evening stars.We liked the location to the Great Smoky Mountians NP and found we were usually 30-60 minutes to most of our hiking trails. BlackBerry Patch was a great place to stay for our trip.

Nice and relaxing for small families

Just right for our trip. Easy to book and take care of on line. We had the best time with 3 of our grandchildren. They loved the cabin too! It was our gift to them cause they hadn’t been to the Smoky Mountains. I think we be back soon.

The air hockey table didn’t work great. The lights in the dinning room half didn’t work. If you have multiple kids, might need to look elsewhere as the 3rd bed is a pull out couch. Had a keurig machine which worked out great, had all utensils and pots for kitchen. Provided enough laundry/dish washer soap to get through at least 2 days.

We all enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot our time just enjoying being together in the cabin. I played games with the kids. We would love to stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. Everything was laid out on what and how to do everything. Cabin was clean and in quiet area! Our host communicated well! Highly recommend!!

The place was so amazing and spacious

The cabin views are beautiful, private, furniture is nice but the cabin itself could use some updates. The bathrooms were not the best or cleanest. FYI- The cabin supplies you with one roll of paper towel, two garbage bags, a couple rolls of toilet paper… a small thing of dish soap and a small bar of soap for your hands. There are plenty of bath towels. The cabin only has a 5cup coffee maker, so if you need more, plan accordingly. The hot tub is very outdated and was not the cleanest… lots of stuff floating around… but for kids to sit in, it was okay. The alarm system did not work properly so we disarmed it while we were there. Again, it’s a nice cabin but felt had bare minimum for our stay.

This place is great. Love the location and accomodations. Also the hot tub is very private and we really enjoyed it all.

Location was very convenient and close to main parkway. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home and well equipped with everything you need.

Blackberry Patch is a beautiful, nicely renovated cabin with gorgeous floor to ceiling wood planks. My six year old son and I had a blast with the air hockey table, the whole family enjoyed the hot tub on cold nights, and we loved just sitting on the deck and looking at the Smoky Mountains. Having a washer and dryer in the cabin was really convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook our whole Thanksgiving meal without having to buy any utensils or cookware. The cabin was very conveniently located so that we could explore Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Five Stars across the board to Lina and Cousin's Cabins. We will definitely be returning to Blackberry Patch!

This cabin was just great. The owner thought of everything. It had all the things you needed when away from home. I would recommend this property.

We loved our stay! The home is large enough for the kids to play and have their own room but small enough to be together as a family. We loved the hot tub and the provided games!
