Stayed Jun 22, 2026This cabin was perfect for me to meet up with family and our 2 pups. The rooms are spacious and the cabin is stocked well with essentials. I loved the property grounds with the beautiful wildflowers. The location was perfect for entering the West Yellowstone entrance as well as a short drive to both upper and lower Mesa Falls. On two separate days, I saw a momma moose and her calf. It was the highlight of my trip. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jun 11, 2026We loved our stay! We went to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole but will definitely be returning to explore just Island Park itself in the future. It was pet and baby friendly which was super helpful for us! The provided itinerary was very beneficial as well in deciding what we wanted to do! The location was beautiful and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Stayed Jun 5, 2026Very beautiful place. It served our needs and there was plenty of room for our little family. Got to see a Moose in the front yard and the little creek in the back was beautiful.

Stayed Dec 19, 2025Our favorite Island Park stay to date! The cabin was so cozy and clean, and had the perfect cabin vibe. The hot tub was AMAZING. We started every morning and ended every night in the hot tub, it was the perfect temp and so comfortable. We have already booked our next stay because we enjoyed it so much!

Stayed Oct 15, 2025This is a cute rustic cabin that sleeps 10. It was bigger than I thought it would be. Beautiful property! Very quiet and relaxing, just what I needed to unwind and recharge. We took a quick day trip to Yellowstone and saw the beautiful fall colors. The host was very communicative and quickly responded to questions we had. We hope to come back here.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025This canin was so cozy and we loved being able to hangout by the firepit and around the kitchen table at night. My kids walked through the woods and had a great time by the creek. I especially loved the little extras for the dog to ensure our whole family felt welcome. The hot tub was a huge hit as well. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and will definitely keep this cabin on the short list for quick weekend getaway.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025We had a lovely stay at the cabin, it is very nice and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the cabin was clean and very comfortable, the hot tub was enjoyable on the back deck and we were lucky to see moose wandering through while we were there! Crista our host was great and promptly answered what few questions we had. There were clear instructions at the house for anything we needed and it was a great place to come back to after a fun day of activities around Island Park each day. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this cabin to couples and families visiting the area with dogs.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Absolutely loved our stay at Wander Inn! Highly recommend! Remote enough to feel secluded but also close enough to access restaurants, groceries and National Parks and Forests. The creek, hot tub and hammock were big hits with our family. We traveled with four adults and three teenage boys. We felt like there was plenty of space and things for everyone to do. As added bonuses the host provided plenty of towels, paper goods, and even full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you are traveling in summer do not let the idea of no air conditioning deter you. It was upper 80s for our trip and we were comfortable the whole time. There are tower fans in the bedrooms which helped cool everything off quickly.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025The cabin was great, just what we expected and more, the cabin is well stocked with some extras from other guest (spices and the like) the host was very understanding as we had our dates wrong, I can highly recommend this for a family. Some of the family liked it so much they stayed there instead of going to the park with the rest of us. peaceful and quiet, cant ask for more

Stayed Feb 27, 2025We had a great time at Wander Inn while staying in the area for our snowmobile tour in Yellowstone. Cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything. You need good tires to access the cabin in the winter, we were good, but it’s worth noting. The cabin is a little creaky and the walls are a little thin, but it was ok for our group. The area is beautiful and peaceful.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Older very cozy cabin. Plenty of parking for 6 snowmobiles and two enclosed trailers with trucks. We had 6 adults and a child. We could have invited another couple, with plenty of room. It snowed all weekend, we had a blast.
