The Homestead House was a perfect getaway. The interior was nicely decorated and clean. The view was spectacular and very peaceful. From the hot tub, grill to the soaking tub, all the amenities were nice to enjoy. The exterior was clean and well maintained.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a wonderfully comfortable, spotlessly clean home that exceeded our expectations. The views are stunning, and easy lake access made it even better. Whether you want to unwind in the hot tub, find a quiet corner of the property to relax, or simply soak in the surroundings, there's no shortage of ways to enjoy the space.Downtown Eureka Springs is only about 20 minutes away, giving you plenty of dining, shopping, and sightseeing options whenever you're ready to venture out — but honestly, the property itself gives you every reason to just stay put.We'll absolutely be back.

Very clean, calm et safe with a amazing view.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Wish we would’ve thought to bring another couple. It would have been ideal with two king beds and two full bathrooms and lots of private living spaces indoors and out.

The cabin was spotless, cosy, warm and inviting, we immediately ended up booking an additional night as we were so impressed by it. There is so much space and the attention to detail is immaculate. The hot tub and outdoor areas are so well laid out and such a joy to be in - we didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to go back

A beautiful home with a beautiful view of a beautiful lake. This home was perfect for two couples to stay for a few nights away. I thoroughly enjoyed sipping coffee while reading on the house deck. Fishing off the dock was nice as well. The walk to the dock is quite steep but doable.

Absolutely amazing! The cabin is so beautiful and the views are amazing. We loved every minute of our vacation there. The cabin is so nice - very luxurious.

Cabin is beautiful, views are amazing. A few things that we found to be inconvenient are as follows: no washer and dryer in the cabin, must use laundry mat. Very very low water pressure in the master bath sinks, and HOT water took forever to get going throughout the cabin. Hot tub temperature locked at 100° and on average 102-103° is preferred especially in cooler months. Back door leading out to back porch is super difficult to open and the lock doesn't seem to actually lock. Hall bath shower temperature dial is backwards so to get hot water you need to actually turn it to cold.

Incredible views! Cabin was spacious and clean. It overlooked the lake and has a great dock. It is in a great location with easy access. Short drive to Eureka springs and the river, if you plan on getting some good fishing in. We plan on coming back in the spring!
