Stayed Oct 12, 2023Cozy, clean cabin in the woods. Close to trails and Tippy Dam. About 20 minutes from downtown Manistee which is a very cute town. Just a little noisy at times with the traffic since it’s right off the main highway.

Stayed Jul 28, 2023This cabin was in an ideal location. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed staying there except the bed was uncomfortable and creaked loudly everytime either my husband or myself turned over.

Stayed May 18, 2023Such a beautiful, quaint cabin!! We loved our stay and felt comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the charcoal grill (who doesn't love BBQ steak bought from the local market?!), and the firepit consumed our evenings. We chose this cabin because of its location; small town feels, but only an hour away from Traverse City!!!! (where we spent the day, and were more than happy to bring our wine back to the cabin for a relaxing evening) Shawn was super responsive, and we can't wait to come back and stay again!

Stayed Sep 20, 2021I liked how easy it was to get there. A nice little cabin. The only thing I would say, is it needs new pans for the kitchen.

Stayed Jun 18, 2026This property was gorgeous! It was so peaceful it included everything you could imagine, we only had to bring our food, clothes and toiletries! It was the perfect getaway located on 5 acres in the woods. We can’t wait to be back! The hosts were wonderful as well! I would give more than 5 stars if we could! Thank you for the perfect little cabin for our wedding anniversary!

Stayed Aug 29, 2025We had a great stay at this property. It was just what we were looking for - far enough away from everything, yet still close enough for activities and things to do with short drives. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and supplies to cook. We loved the water pressure in the shower! Laundry facilities were convenient. Mattress is new-ish and high quality. We fell in love with the Manistee area and are already planning a return visit this region in the future.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025We had an awesome family trip in the Manistee area at this cabin! Their cabin is very clean, and has nice modern upgrades alongside lots of woodwork.and neat decor. It's very relaxing nestled in the woods. My kids really loved time around the camp fire.
