Checked in around 6:30pm, everyone felt comfortable as soon as they walked through the door. Property was very clean all around smiles. It is snowing outside and the house is warm and cozy

I enjoyed the coziness of the cabin. Very spacious. Might book again with friends and family for a winter vacation.

Classic cabin feeling. 1-2 hour drive to Grand Canyon. Pet friendly!

Nice views of field, trees and sky. The cabin is beautiful, comfy, neighbors are friendly. There's an opportunity to stock the kitchen with basic spices, quality pans, better dish and serving options; my hubby asked me to mention the uncomfy sofa. But none of this is a deal breaker for us. We definitely plan to visit again (location!). Very nice experience with management, thank you!

Clear communication and very nice property!

I loved the location of the cabin. But what the pictures showed were not what’s quite there. The cabin needs some loving care., .& simple things be supplied such as garbage bags, tin foil. Some simple spices besides salt & pepper. The internet was a maybe for watching movies or live TV, you have to start & then wait, sometimes things needed to be unplugged, or going out of Hulu & start over, fast forwarding to where it stopped.The coffee maker is very hard to use, parts fall off. Come On replace it.The toaster oven knobs are worn & hard to read.The one shower is the size of a phone booth, the shower head is at least 7 ft. Up & direction can not be directedHalf the shutters couldn’t be opened or completely closed. The downstairs couch has many stains as does carpet. I’d hate to be there in the winter, If it’s cold out, the host has thermostat set at no higher than 72, to go higher you need pin. The gas fireplace does work pretty good at heating the downstairs if left on for awhile. But it’s way more comfortable to watch upstairs. Verbo states all communicates should be done be done through their app. But the host sends door codePlus all the faults of the cabin. Such as the internet issues etc. It’s 2 pages long if printed. Lots of please try first,if more help is needed, don’t use jets in tub they don’t work. Call us not Verbo.The yard was very nice for our dogs, chairs at table very uncomfortable. We did still enjoy our stay, but just wanted to give a real opinion.

Their yard was fully fenced and so cozy for our pups. There was access to the woods where we went for walks. I had a good experience, I was happy the Owner was able to accommodate all our pups. They also assisted in last min early check in and late check out, which was awesome!

Very cute cabin. Nicely decorated and check in was very easy. Rental company was very prompt when communicating. Would stay here again.

Plenty of beds. Super dog friendly! Decent tv setup.

The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again.

The cabin was perfect for my daughter’s 13th birthday party. Her friends and her enjoyed the loft and playing in the forest.

This home is nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. The beautiful private back yard backs against National Forest land and we took full advantage of walking out there during our stay since stormy weather kept us from exploring in the mountains.

Great location and cute decor. We loved the scenery and the upstairs balcony for the cousins to stay!

Thank you for the coffee pot and coffee. Price is on the upper end of the scale compared to other rentals in the area at the time. We rented 6 homes in the neighborhood for a wedding. Great communication when we asked questions. Would definitely stay again.

This cabin was perfect for our overnight stay, wish we’d stayed longer. Especially liked the fully fenced backyard with grass. The cabin was clean and very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

My daughter graduated from NAU, my family was there to celebrate with us. Had a small get together and the place was perfect! Weather was exceptional and the VRBO was just perfect for our gathering. Will definitely book this place again.
