It was very nice and comfy. LOVED THE CABIN AND THE OUTDOORS.

Our host was very helpful with getting the TV working. A previous guest had switched the cables by accident. The home was extremely well equipped. It’s about a 45 to 50 minute drive to Dahlonega, Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Right in the center of it all but far enough away to seem secluded. Grocery shop before you check in.

The hot tub was nice but the lid was very heavy. Hard to put back on. Second day, water was luke warm. Also toilet needs to be repaired. Chain fell off. I tried to fix it and water was squirting outside of toilet. The bbq wouldnt light with the starter so i hope you dont mind but i had to use a lighter

Cozy cabin with beautiful screened in porch for relaxing coffee mornings! The older grandkids enjoyed time in the hot tub, and everyone loved the spaciousness of the cabin area.

Nice cabin right on river with steps down to water. Front door lock was a little tricky but a quick call to owner fixed that. Cabin was well supplied with all basics. Enjoyed our stay. Owner was very easy to work with.

Great for Fishing on the river or just enjoying the view from the screened in porch.

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was as advertised and the manager was great to deal with. Would stay here again.

Nice house. Issues getting in the front door. Lock wasn’t working. Had to call owner, but no cell service, so, had to connect to WiFi first to get a call out. Roaches in the silverware drawer. Other than that, good time with family on the trip. House was comfortable, heated.

Very nice property, great location. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. The only downside was hot tub location and size. Overall a great place. Would consider another stay.

This is a beautiful, private secluded cabin on the river. I just wish we could have brought the grandchildren.

We came to escape the heat of Cocoa Beach, Florida and timed it perfectly. A day after the hurricane so my husband had to stay home. The kids and I had an awesome time. The drive up 60 was beautiful! Exactly what flat landers should escape to. We did not spend a lot of time at the cabin but it’s as described and an awesome place to relax and sleep! People mention the rules plastered everywhere..we didn’t bat an eye…if I had a place like this that I rented out (adding if I did I wouldn’t rent it out) I’d do the same thing! It’s a treasure and thanks for sharing your space!

My husband and I stayed here this past Labor Day Weekend and had a nice, peaceful and relaxing time. This cabin was perfect for us! It is secluded and about 25-30 minutes away from all shops, stores, and restaurants except for the small Cooper Creek Store (which has a nice selection of tasty sandwiches with homemade sides, drinks, etc.). It was very peaceful and relaxing and it was easy for us to connect with nature here. It was exactly as described! Richard was VERY easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. His welcome letter via email had all information about the property in it and was very easy to understand. You do not need 4 wheel drive to get to this cabin.The check in process was super easy and all instructions were very simple to follow. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. A great cabin to unwind and relax. I have no complaints. My only small MINOR suggestions would be to try putting a tv in the master bedroom and some rocking chairs on the porches, but definitely no complaints. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is well maintained and Richard the host was great with communication and info. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Lock on front door needs to be replaced, the tv lost signal to wifi and couldn’t watch tv. Other than that, the cabin was great, great location next to river up hwy 60 (very curvy) which was nice (amazing views) cell signal was poor at best (Verizon). Small combo pool table in basement was nice for the kids. Plenty of beds. There were “rules” written for EVERYTHING. Nice hot tub.

Peaceful, quiet place on the river. We were looking for somewhere to just relax for the weekend and this cabin was a perfect place to do that. Would definitely stay again
