RECENT FIRE IN NOGAL:
Our property was not affected by the recent fire. To access our property you will need to travel through a portion of Nogal Canyon that was affected by the fire. I am providing a video of our property to alleviate any concerns of fire damage. It is still beautiful here and while we are deeply sorry for our neighbors, we feel great gratitude for being spared from the fire.

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! Everything we needed and more was provided at the cabin. Stephanie was a great host who was quick to respond and be helpful. I loved not having internet service overall, it was nice just to sit back and relax. The indoor wood burning stove was perfect, we watched VHS cartoons, played board games and went on walks to enjoy nature.
This property was just what we were looking for. Quiet, secluded, and the weather was perfect. Stephanie is a wonderful host. We are all looking forward to our next stay at the cabin. N. Jones
The cabin was very nice, it had everything you need for an extended stay. The property was very nice plenty of space to walk around and kids to play, and make memories. We had a great time, for the exception of several cameras pointing throughout the property, there is one pointing straight to front porch that felt like we were being watched while sitting outside. Also a Sheriffs deputy came over to the property because we had a fire in the fire ring located on the property but this was due to a complete fire ban. We were a little disapointed that we wouldn't get the complete camping experience but this is no fault of the property owners. I Would recommend taking a portable air conditioner because even in the mountains it still gets hot.
Our stay was great my family and I had a wonderful time there super comfortable had no problems what’s so ever, and the property manager was super flexible working with us and very communicative as well Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back !

This property was great, it had all the amenities, was very clean and had a beautiful scenery. It was about 20 minutes past Ruidoso but we’ll worth it. The owner was very friendly and communicated in a timely manner ?. We loved the rustic look and are planning to come back in the near future. ?
We really loved the stay, it was super calm and we got a lot of snow. The only thing is that you need a 4x4 car. We really enjoy our stay
