Property was perfect for our family's needs while in Incline Village for a grandson's wedding. We chose due the proximity to the wedding venue. Would stay again. Had a minor plumbing issue, and host, Amy was immediately on the problem, having it solved within a couple of hours with no inconvenience to our family. Again, thank you, Amy!

This place was great, the house is clean, the location is fantastic and communication with the owner was on point. The location was idea as it is right across the street from the Incline Lodge which is where our wedding event took place. The only issue - and not a deal breaker at all - was trying to find the unit as it is tucked in with several other buildings. We walked out and met our family guests that came by to visit. This was a 5 star stay for us and we had a lot of fun visiting Incline Village.

Everything was great loved all the room and the back patio was perfect for dinner on the deck.

Check in was easy. We were given instructions on how to get in. Our only problem that we had was they had closed the road around the lake down to 1 lane so it took us a lot longer to get to it and by the time we got there it was dark and we couldn't see the number on the parking spot that was ours very well. I had 3 adult children plus me and my husband. The beds were a good size for them. The room with the bunks was very big. My husband was a little sad to not have air-conditioning but, we would open the window at night and it would cool off. The kitchen was stocked well enough for what we needed. I felt like we had a very comfortable stay and it was perfectly located to Kings Beach where the wedding we were attending was.

This property is great! The house is extremely comfortable, very clean, quiet, and in a great location. We have been coming to Incline Village for almost 20 years and we really enjoyed this house.

Amy was an incredible communicator who handled all questions and issues quickly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location; close to gold course, several beaches and grocery store. Excellent communication with owners. Perfect space for our family with all the amenities needed. We'll be back!

We used this property as my daughter was getting married at the Chateau It was just a walkable distance from the venue and everything about the property was fantastic which contributed to our special day.

Nice setting, right across the street from the wedding venue. All good with a couple of notes: parking space was hard to find. (Found it on the last day, way over to the left while the front door was on the right of the building.) Only one bath towel in the downstairs. Living room couch not very comfortable. Never did figure out how to get TV channels. (Logged on to Netflix with our own account. ) All little things, but you asked....

Spacious and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and super clean. Diamond peak 5 mim drive away with option of free shuttle, less than 500 feet away. We had a wonderful stay.

A hidden gem. And the owners are so nice and helpful w/ any little thing. We always enjoy staying here when we go up to DP. :)

The upstairs was huge! Well stocked kitchen and the shower in the downstairs bathroom was very nice. Comfortable furniture in the living room.

This home was perfect for our adult family of 6, and we could have squeezed in a couple more. The location is great. We skiied at Palisades midweek, and it was easy to get to. Walking to town is tough in the winter as there are no sidewalks plowed, but it is super close to everything. The property mgr was great, super-responsive. WiFi is a little spotty, but they are working on that. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying here. It is a great location in Incline village close to our favorite ski resort and restaurants. Amy was quick to respond and very hospitable. Would stay here again!

Our 2nd time (and we've booked a 3rd for later this season). The owners are so nice. Place was clean/ready- well appointed. The caveat (and this is with every rental we've ever had in Tahoe- and elsewhere) is the kitchen/chef knives could use some love. :) We really enjoy this place.

Beautiful, spacious & welcoming place. Highly recommend staying here. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking was accessible. Beds were very comfortable.

We stayed here with family for a wedding at the Château and were very pleased with the three bedrooms and spacious accommodations. Everything was very clean and we had close proximity to stores and EV chargers. Only minus was the 4 cup coffee maker that didn’t quite work for five adults. However, they did have a Keurig available for those that use it.

The check in process was very easy! The host was very responsive with all my questions! The rental was very clean & very peaceful! We loved the huge room for our teens!

The house was great for our family of five plus two grandparents. The bunk bed room was a great space for the kids to escape and play. The location is ideal, near everything in Incline Village and a quick drive to Sand Harbor or King’s Beach area. Our family will definitely check if this house is available again in the future. Amy (the host) was very quick to respond to any messages.
