Peaceful, restful, comfortable, very clean, awesome trip for our R&R week.

This property was most certainly a real jewel! Clean as a whistle - property owner Ilse certainly goes above and beyond in seeing to that. The views are spectacular as well with a natural waterfall upon entry (can be seen from the side window of the cottage) as well as beautiful picket fences and well manicured lawns, visible from all windows. Great location, too, only minutes from downtown Brevard, Sapphire, Lake Toxaway and Highlands. Recommend this property highly!

Beautiful and tranquil setting. The cabin was immaculately clean with comfortable beds. We could not have hoped for a better weekend escape!

This cabin is exceptional! The Host, who is the owner of the property is impeccable! She was so very kind and was there for any questions you may have. Her number one priority was to make sure that we were happy and wanted our stay to be memorable which it was 100 percent. She had made delicious homemade banana nut bread that was in the refrigerator when we arrived. We highly recommend this remarkable cabin! Absolutely perfect! From initial booking through arrival through our stay and checkout process. Everything very smooth with no problems at all.. beautiful property too. Will definitely go back!

A little slice of Heaven! Everything was perfect. Loved the location. Close to Brevard and many other attractions! The house was beautiful and very clean. The beds and linens are top notch! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck, listening to the birds and the waterfall. The property was amazing. There is a walking trail that takes you along a creek, great morning walk. We even got to hang out with a sweet friendly horse along the way.Our hostess was amazing. Upon arrival, we were treated with homemade Banana Bread. We loved staying here so much that we have already booked our next stay! We highly recommend this home.

Spotlessly clean, totally relaxing, and great location from which to visit parks, waterfalls, access the Blueridge Parkway, and near Brevard. You won't want to get out of the comfortable leather chairs and couch!

Falling Waters is very roomy cabin with everything you need. A good location for visiting the local State Parks and trails.

Loved it!!! If you are looking for a peaceful, clean and comfortable property in a beautiful setting…..look no further. We had everything we needed and more. The delicious cookies on arrival set the tone for our stay. Our host Ilse was very welcoming and helpful. She owns and lives on the property but a ways off so there is plenty of privacy. She is there if you need something, but gave us plenty of space otherwise. We enjoyed feeding carrots to the horse, watching the variety of birds, etc. and just sitting on the porch, listening to the small waterfall just yards away. We were in a great location to hike and see the waterfalls at Dupont, Pisgah and Gorges State Park as well as other outdoor recreation areas. We were also close to Brevard for dining, shopping, etc.. We have previously owned a 5 Star B & B cabin so tend to set the bar high when choosing a vacation home. With that in mind, we would highly recommend Falling Waters Farm.

Everything was clean and tidy. Such a beautiful place to stay. Ilse was a wonderful host. She dropped by just to make sure we had everything. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The cabin was so clean and beautiful. The property is amazing & everything it says it is, in the description. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip, it was so relaxing to sit on the porch, listen to the waterfall and the peace and quiet of the property. The owner was so welcoming, it couldn’t have been a more perfect visit. We enjoyed downtown Brevard that’s within a quick drive & we visited some of the local waterfalls. You can’t go wrong booking here!

We had actually booked this vacation 2 year’s previously, but were moving, and were allowed to cancel. The property seemed interesting so we booked again for 3 days in June. The cabin is lovely…. everything we needed was on the main floor which is good for Seniors. It was just 2 of us, and we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and property. We brought some food from home as we were only 5 hours away, and bought some other things at nearby groceries. Ate our breakfasts and dinners at the cabin. All 3 nights my husband used the outside grill. There is only 1 horse and a kitty at this time. I was able to give the horse apple which was fun. It’s not very far from Brevard, Hendersonville, and Cashiers. We had a lot of fun going to these neat towns….lots of shops and antique stores. The weather in June was beautiful, great temps with very little humidity. Thank you Ilse, you were an excellent hostess.

We had a very relaxing stay. The stream with the waterfall was a hit. The cabin was wonderful, we had a wonderful master suite. We were close enough to all the outdoor things we wanted to do and to things in Brevard that we wanted to do. It’s also an easy access to the Parkway. It was close but not too close, very private.
