Beautiful Custom Cabin on almost 2 acres with lots of privacy

The property was just like the pictures! It was secluded, yet close to McCaysville and Blue Ridge. We enjoyed the wildlife and sitting out on the different porches. On top of it all, the owners are amazing!! Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Dan and Cindy were great hosts, their response time was amazing. The cabin was well stocked and maintained, the porch was our highlight sitting outside watching the deer feed on a daily basis. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life this is your retreat cabin. There was only one problem, that we could not stay longer!

Fantastic property and fabulous hosts! Great communication when needed. The outdoor fireplace was one of our favorite features to enjoy in the early morning hours with our coffee. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Very close to McCaysville and its great food and shopping, as well as downtown Blue Ridge, an orchard, and a great Vineyard. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area.

Awesome place to stay. Very quiet and not to far from town. Hot tub was nice, fireplace was warm, and tv plus WiFi was wonderful. Lots of deer and turkeys to keep you company. Very comfortable furniture and beds. All appliances worked great. Will return again.

We loved our visit in Blue Ridge! This was our second time staying at this cabin and it did not disappoint! The cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed. We cooked twice during our stay and found a well-stocked kitchen! We loved the privacy of the cabin and saw deer and turkeys everyday of our stay. We will be back again!

What an excellent cabin !! We came for our anniversary and had a great time relaxing and enjoying the abundance of deer and turkey while sitting in the hot tub !! We have stayed at a lot of cabins and this is our favorite. We will definitely be coming back !!

This is our fourth time here and we love it! Dan is an excellent host. If you love being in the middle of nowhere and you like deer and turkey and a whole lot of peaceful nature and no noise, this is where you want to go. It's so quiet sometimes, it's almost scary coming from a city slicker. We are already planning our next visit here. Pretty soon the deer will be eating out of my wifes hand they trust her so much!

The cabin was in great location to several towns. We drove about 1 hr to Helen for the day and that was fun! The hot tub felt great as the temperatures dropped during our stay. The cabin was very clean and cute! The owner even had a Christmas tree up for us! Owner was very friendly and easy to work with during our stay! Would definitely book again and tell others!

Absolutely fantastic cabin. Had everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertainment. The beds are amazing, the best weeks sleep we have had in a long time. The fireplace was wonderful, added a special touch to the cabin especially with the Christmas tree beside it. The outdoor fireplace was amazing even though it was too cold outside to enjoy it. I would highly recommend this cabin and we will be back for another Hallmark Christmas.

The weather was cold during our visit, so the fireplaces and hot tub were a big hit! We had deer visit the property each day and we enjoyed watching them. Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Loved seeing the deer and wild turkeys every day. Our favorite part was the screened in back deck with an amazing hot tub and gas grill!! No bugs to deal with while enjoying the outdoors! There was also a beautiful fireplace on the enclosed back deck we didn’t use because it was too hot in August. A lot of things to do so close to the cabin. We are hoping to stay here again in the near future. Would definitely recommend.

OMG unbelievable. So serene, so beautiful and well kept. Absolutely everything I needed and desired. The pictures were accurate. Love the private sitting area upstairs, downstairs, back porch, jacuzzi. Easy to get to in a secluded retreat. My only problem was I only had 3 days to enjoy .

Beautiful area and the cabin was very beautiful we saw alot of deer and peacocks in the front yard early in the mornings. Love the fireplace in the porch the only thing I didn’t like was the couch and chair in the living room they were not comfortable for sitting and watching tv :(

Nice property. Screened in porch was pleasant although there is absolutely no view of any kind from this cabin. Quiet even with neighbors nearby. Nice furniture although Queen mattress was a little soft so we rolled to the middle. Kitchen knives were very dull. Everything else was fine.

Road to the cabin is narrow and curvy and drive up to the cabin is steep and rough., but not a problem for us. Directions and Host communications were excellent. We loved our weekend get away to the mountains! The property was super easy to find, very clean, and exactly as described. The hosts were awesome!! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! Now, while we were there we saw deer, turkeys, a blue jay, a weird squirrel, and heard what sounded like a larger animal out at night. The deer didn’t really run off and seemed to not mind us watching from the porch! The drive to find food was only a few minutes! We were only 15 minutes from the train station. This property was truly perfect!!!

Quite beautiful cabin 2 miles off the main road in the woods. Very peaceful and close to resources if needed. 6 Miles from Blue Ridge, Ga, just outside of McCaysville, close to TN and Cherokee National park.Would recommend and hopefully return some day to enjoy it again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our mini anniversary vacation!This cabin is in a wonderful location, there are other cabins in the area, but this one still felt secluded and had gorgeous views. I highly recommend having some coffee on the upstairs balcony in the mornings as it is a great and refreshing way to start each day!This place had everything we could have needed and more! There is a full kitchen with plenty of dish ware, utensils, and cooking ware. The furniture and decor are lovely and create a “home away from home” feeling. Of course, the hot tub was one of our favorite aspects of the cabin and is in a great location to see the local wildlife while relaxing. The roadway leading to the area is right off the main road, and it is simple to navigate from the cabin to Blueridge where we spent most of our time when we weren’t inside. At first, I was worried about the road up to the cabin, but the 2WD small suv we drove made it up and down the road and hills with ease. Overall there is nothing I would change about this stay, and I would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a nice, relaxing experience.

The cabin was great. We enjoyed our stay. Snowed right after our arrival and we spent the rest of our vacation in cabin snowy winter wonderland. The only issue was it was a little rough getting back down the drive that was snow and ice. But overall we had a great time

It was a wonderful property once we got the heat working. We arrived around 4:30 pm and the temperature was already in the 20s and dropping quickly. It took us over 3 hours to get a response from the owner after ample attempts at contact. He did finally respond after we had to leave to get warm and had his maintenance guy come over right away and fix the issue. Overall a good stay, just not great communication for the owner who knew he had people checking in that night.

Deer, deer and deer. This was our 3rd stay here. We absolutely love the secluded cabin. We always see deer here right by the cabin. We used to see dogs daily but not anymore. We did have sand in the hot tub this time which was unusual, not sure if the water was changed or not. We probably will return though.fairlclean

We stayed two nights and loved it! All the wood throughout provides a very warm atmosphere, you can't help but be relaxed. The beds are super comfortable. That and the peace and quiet gave us a great night's sleep.
