Beautiful cabin style casita on five acres with private lake and creek

Very nice rustic guest house in a beautiful setting. The owner host is awesome, so hospitable and extremely responsive and helpful. If you notice any flies or other bugs in the home, you must expect some as this is a rustic, rural property on a creek and a lake. Contact the host asap as she will take immediate action. Most things were nicely cleaned and kept up, but there were some exceptions. The host will see to it that housekeeping will address the items, and I feel assured that future guests will be quite pleased. I recommend this casita if you are here and wish to go to an event at Jones Farm, or to go to downtown Nashville which is only about 15 to 20 minutes away.

I almost hate to give reviews like this, and I must admit it's a bit selfish. But I know that if everyone truly understood, and if I could actually paint a perfect picture with words of how incredible our stay was.., it would be perpetually booked and we'd never be able to come back again for lack of opening dates!!! The property is amazing, storied, comfortable and a true home feel! Hot tub was super clean, very comfortable and ready for us when we arrived. Bed was extremely comfortable, and I don't say that very often due to chronic pain issues. Nothing missing in the kitchen. We cooked a lot, and utensils, accessories, plates, bowls, dishes, wine glasses...had it all..and a really nice toaster oven even. Most of our cooking was on the amazing patio using the outdoor kitchen Quite the setup! Right next to an amazing park to do some great hikes.., my wife and I put many miles on, loved it! Not the Smokies, but not lacking in beauty and even a bit of ruggedness that we love! We found a few local gems that you will have to discover on your own, that's half the fun! And our host(s) Jennifer and the amazing Pharoa were like old friends we never met! Warm, fun and friendly...great conversation and attentive to every need, responsive when contacted, incredibly accommodative!! And Pharao used to sit out side the door looking thru the low window every morning waiting for me to come out and start our day together...such a sweetie.. ;) Couldn't be more pleased! We had a really lovely time! Everything was beautiful, clean and thoughtfully done and Jennifer was a great communicator. It's a stunning property with lots of natural features. The hot tub was especially enjoyable!

We had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. The creek and lake were truly amazing! We are planning to come back in the summer so we can go swimming in the lake. Jennifer is a awesome host.

Third time staying here. Jennifer is a wonderful host. Appreciate the cleanliness and the kitchen is well stocked. Would recommend.

Quiet and cozy atmosphere was perfect for getting away for a few days!

This is the perfect cabin. It’s beautiful inside & out & had all we needed. We loved the patio furniture with the gorgeous views. The hot tub was perfectly private & was ready to use. Overall we loved our stay.

Beautiful, serene and only 20-25 minutes from downtown Nashville. It was so peaceful and welcoming, wonderful lake and outdoor seating areas, babbling stream running alongside the property. It was so nice that we chose to spend more time there than visiting the sites in Nashville.Host was very responsive to any questions and provided a wonderful guidebook to area dining, music, etc.

Wonderful stay at Jennifer's cabin. Property was tranquil and relaxing. Cute pond and creek were so peaceful. Close to stores and downtown Nashville for a night out, but secluded enough to enjoy some R&R. Very clean place and communication with Jennifer was easy. Her beautiful pup Pharoah was extremely sweet and enjoyed our company. Would definitely recommend staying at Jennifer's place.

This spot was so quiet and peaceful and exactly what we were looking for to relax and enjoy a couple days from our busy lives. It was about 20min outside the city but honestly we only visited downtown one evening and spent most of our time in east Nashville. It was a scorcher of a week but were able to use the kayaks and enjoyed a cool morning on the water while we were there and it was soooo much fun! The hosts friendly Shepard felt like our personal life guard and was so so sweet! Would definitely book here again the next time we get some time off!! We stayed 5 nights and still didn’t see everything! Could not recommend this place more!

This is the type of place you booked because it was close to the stuff you want to do (Grand Ole Opry, downtown Nashville, birdwatching spots, etc.), but it was so wonderful, you are now considering rebooking because the location itself is worthy of another visit. Thank you!
