The cabin itself was great. The road was terrible. It had a wash out area and the sharp turn to get to the cabin was very sharp and dangerous. The back deck already had a hole in the one step and there are some boards that loose on the deck next to the drive way.

The location was nice but came with concessions on drive there ie very rustic roads. Definitely would not have made it to the location if in my personal vehicle *friend drove their Jeep*..Boards on deck need replacing for safety reasons & a good outdoor cleanup would be great also. Overall good stay though!!

Nice place to stay. Low ceilings in some parts (I’m 6’8”). Amenities were minimal but the place was clean, comfortable, and in decent repair. Definitely need a vehicle with good clearance as the lake roads are rough.

No railing around rock sidewalk where there is a big drop off. Very dangerous!! Holes on deck where wood had rotted, one on the step on back deck and another by driveway on the deck. pictures can be provided if needed.

Not lakefront, terrible roads. No dishwasher, no dish rack. Front left stove burner not working. Confusion over road to house and where to enter home. Food crumbs on table. Must access second bedroom thru first bedroom, not conducive to good sleep if guest in 2nd bedroom gets up in the middle of the night. Long walk down steep rocky road to lake.

House is very off the beaten path. Enjoyed the serenity. Bed very comfy. There could be a lake view, but not when there are leaves on the trees. It was a nice overnight stay!

The view is very nice and it is very quiet. The house needs some home improvement and better safety features. Wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but won't be coming back to this one.

You knew the plumbing was broken but rented the property anyway. Toilets did not always flush. Tob and shower backed up and drained in the parking area. I called and reported this on Tuesday. Nothing was done. I called again on Friday and was offered a different property but we were leaving on Saturday. I feel we should receive a full refund since we were subjected to raw sewage which you knew about before you rented to us.

The cabin feels more like a small home. It has everything you need to spend a nice quiet few days. The lake is close and you can get a glimpse of it from the deck, which is a perfect place for a meal or beverage. The road is as described and I recommend a truck or SUV with some clearance. The north pass is not quite as treacherous. However, we loved the south pass as it has some great views and interesting spots along the route. The beds and amenities are nice and we enjoyed walking around the property.
