Beautiful Cabin -Hot Tub - Walking Distance To Downtown Hot Springs

Very clean and great part of town

We enjoyed the cabin. It was a beautiful tiny home. We had trouble with the parking which seemed to be dangerous parking near the road.

Absolutely perfect choice - beautiful place and area with walkable access to downtown stroll/ bathhouse row and mountain trails. Had a great stay.

Great location and good parking up on the hill. Would not recommend parking on street as heavy traffic. Host was very responsive when keycode would not open door due to battery failure. Loved the vibe and amenities. Excellent would do again

Had a great mother/daughter trip visiting hot springs and the bath houses. This house was cute and had everything we needed for a little weekend stay. The host was communicative and the house was so close to the main strip. Super convenient location. Only thing I would suggest is a full length mirror. Sharing the bathroom mirror with two ladies wasn’t ideal but everything else was perfect.

House was great. We did everything hotsprings had to offer. Host told us to go to the Arlington spa for our bathhouse experience.. it was awesome. Thank you!

The house was great! Exactly as pictured and very close to the main strip in Hot Springs. Plenty of space and parking in front of the house!

Perfect location!!

Parking on the street no fun. Steps up to house with no hand rail was sketchy. Not walking distance to downtown, more like hiking distance. One bathroom downstairs, makes upstairs room useless. Weird if two adult couples.

Not sure what to love more? The immaculate decor? The quaint design? The peaceful escape? We love to find quaint little run aways for the weekend so we can habe a moment to reconnect decompress and relax. This location is perfection. The details are all there and my foodie husband was VERY pleased with the properly stocked kitxhen utensils. My only complaint.... one set of the pillows was far too dense for my necks pleasure but the other set was perfect. It was a very goldilocks relationship but it worked out.

The cabin is super clean. It’s in a nice area-walking distance to downtown but far enough away that it’s quiet at nice. There is a donut shop across the street you can walk to for breakfast. I like that there was an alarm for when we left. It was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Hot Springs.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was so clean, cozy, and welcoming—it instantly felt like home. The location was perfect with easy parking and just a quick trip to downtown Hot Springs. We also appreciated the extra peace of mind with the alarm system, even though the neighborhood itself felt very safe. As for the second set of stairs that other reviewers mentioned, it really wasn’t a problem—even for my 69-year-old mother. We’d happily stay here again!

Beautiful cabin, welcome feeling when you entered. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Quiet area but close enough to bathrow to enjoy the spas and enjoy walking the trails nearby. Will definitely stay again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the Love Nest in Hot Springs, AR. Great location close to Downtown Hot Springs. We walked from the Cabin down to bathhouse row. Cabin was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay hear again. And would highly recommend it to anyone else planning a visit to Hot Springs.

House was super clean and comfortable ! Located just a mile from all the action on downtown Hot Springs ! Nice little kolache/donut shop right across the street! Parking in the street was convenient and nicely lite by street light. There was however a car show and those people were driving up and down the street until about 3am ! I’m sure they enjoyed theirselves ! All and all great location and wonderful clean house !

Accurate property description very cean

They have thought of everything. The location is perfect right there by everything to if you want you can walk. Love the theme that’s is going on . So peaceful. The donut shop literally right across street came in handy to when dad was hungry and we weren’t ready he got a donut hold him over . I loved that they also recognize first responders here and in the whole town.When I come back I will stay here again. Btw loved the orange pot pans not sure how they knew that was my favorite color lol. Thank you so much.

My two daughters and I stayed one long weekend in April. Previously mentioned comments about the stairs are accurate- they are narrow and steep, but we are young and able bodied so this was not an issue.The house was in well kept condition and was perfect for our weekend away. The house was easy walking distance to historic downtown with easy access to food, shopping, hiking, and bath houses. Owners were easy to communicate with although we did not encounter any problems. Overall 10/10.

I booked this property for a quick mother daughter trip. The aesthetic is so fun and the house was exactly what we needed. The off street parking is great, but access to the house was a little tricky with large suitcases. It’s located just a few minutes away from bathhouse row and great restaurants. We loved it!

This property was absolutely spotless, and had a wonderful layout. The second bedroom in the loft area was actually large and both beds were very comfortable. This property is close to everything and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The owners communicated quite well, and the property is close to everything Hot Springs has to offer.

The house was cute and in a great location with little drive time to the historic district. Everything was very clean. Only downside was that it does get cold at night so bring extra blankets. Other than that I would definitely book this location again for another trip to Hot Springs.

The house is a crisp experience with amazing atmosphere. However you will need to bring your own coffee grounds, but coffee maker, filter, sugar and creamer provided. There is parking on the street with good condition stairs leading to the house, or if you would like a more adventurous walk to the house, you can park in the adjacent property up the hill with a more narrow and difficult stairway down. We found that we preferred just stepping down from the short wall that soaped down the side of the property on the parking lot side.TLDR: Nice interior, property not disabled friendly. Recommended for middle aged and younger guests. Would recommend

The house is new nice and clean!

The house is really nice and clean. The only fault was the lack of extra linens. It was very cold when we stayed and the beds really could have used another blanket. It would have been nice to have a throw to use while watching TV. Overall it is a great place to stay. The house is so cute.

The cabin was great. Super clean and not far from everything in Hot Springs. We loved it!

Cute little place, love the location. Terrible access however, you can see from the pictures that there are steps in front, and we were fine with that. However, there are no railings, and if you have bad knees or anything like that, you will find the stairs difficult to navigate, especially without a railing and trying to carry up luggage, etc.Otherwise, the cottage is cute, was clean except for one area that I had to clean upon arrival, but was no big deal as there were some cleaning supplies under the sink.Owners were communicative and easy to reach.

Property was clean and well-appointed. Only complaint was that the bedroom door wouldn't stay closed and limited the privacy for the downstairs bedroom. Loft was beautiful and so comfy!

As conveniently located as this property was and is was a very nice little house. However, It was never explained that the only access to this property was Via 1 of 3 treacherous, very steep stairways. For which 1/2 of one was covered with slippery rocks and some treads even have tree roots that have taken over as the actually step instead of the concrete step. If you have anyone in your group that is older and has minimum mobility issues, this is it the property for you. This property is in NO WAY handicap accessible. My parents (69 & 70) came with me, both have old age mobility issues but are in no way handicap, but it was a struggle all weekend to keep them from falling down one of the HANRAILESS stairways. This was so very frustrating. We had to deal with chaos all weekend, only because of the stairway.

Really nice property and very clean. Would recommend.
