Beautiful Birchwood Lake Cabin; Awesome Fishing & Sunsets, plus game room!

Beautiful cabin and perfect size for a girls weekend (7 ladies). House was clean and had everything we needed. Great location around Birchwood and right on the lake. Host was responsive and accommodating. The fireplace was perfect for chilly March days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and in a beautiful location too. We had an issue but the owners were very responsive and fixed it in a timely manner. We would love to come back at another time in the future.

Nice place. Well furnished and cozy. A lot of games and entertainment options. Located on a nice lake. Close to public access. Family enjoyed ice fishing. Everyone really enjoyed the warmth and coziness of the fireplace while watching a playoff football game.

This was a fantastic cabin on a beautiful lake. Lots of fun activities for the kids, and some great fishing!

We all had a great time. The water was a little green for swimming. We went in August, maybe earlier in the summer wouldn't be green. Other than that 10/10

The location and home are absolutely stunning. I can highly recommend this property for that reason. We had some big meals planned for our visit, and the fact that the grill and the dishwasher were not working made it very challenging. I understand that break-downs happen, and do not blame the very responsive hosts for that. There is, however, a lack of decent cookware, and the bedding is very ‘tired’. Other than those issues, the hosts and the property were top notch.

Wonderful stay. Easily accommodated 7 adults and 3 kids. Fishing was good. We would recommend this property.

House is perfect for our 2 families. Plenty of space and wonderful memories made.

It’s a nice property, the house was clean and plenty of room for my family. The pool and foosball tables were a plus that I wasn’t expecting. This was the first properties we have stayed at where had to run the dishwasher before we left and put all the cleaned dishes away. Usually we only had to load and run the dishwasher. Also the owner did tell us that we had to go across the lake with our trash or take it home with us. All this should have been on the property details not sent separately with instructions. If it had been in details I may off looked elsewhere.

We had such an awesome time here! The place was super cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and we really felt at home the whole time. It was just right for a relaxing getaway. The blue gill fishing next to the doc was fantastic, our poles barely hit the water and we were already reeling them in. Kid approved. The only tiny things to mention: the sliding doors on the main floor were a little tricky to open, and the pool table balls kept getting stuck.Overall we would definitely come back!

12/10 recommend staying here!! Our AZ family spent a week here and we didn’t want to leave. The home itself has everything you need and exceeded our expectations with the lake life amenities. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Our family was able to enjoy fishing off the dock, cooking like at home, playing games at night and fires outside after the amazing sunsets. Core memories were made by our children and we can’t wait to come back again! Hosts were great with communication about my silly questions and we loved every second!

The property and area were equally gorgeous, serving as an excellent introduction to the state of Wisconsin for friends that had never before been. We had an excellent time on Lake Chetac, with fishing and water sports consuming our days. The cabin accommodated our guests and perfectly served as an environment to reconnect with friends from all over as well as fostering new relationships with friends who were not as close.If you are looking for a relaxing, engaging, and serene experience, I would highly recommend booking.

Very nice house situated right on lake. Short walk to stairs and a boat dock and a short walk down a path to the other side of property and another dock (where some nice bass were landed.)Plenty of room, ample kitchenware and nice supply of TP, paper towels, napkins, soaps and gas for the griddle on the deck. 6 male adults stayed 6 days and fished, played pool, foosball, bags, etc. Made all but one meal in the house.Everyone had favorable comments on house and property.

Our family had a great long weekend fishing at the cabin on Lake Chetac. The house had plenty to keep us busy and Birchwood had some great spots to eat (highly recommend boating to Sportsman’s for a casual bite and some drinks).

This property works great for a two-family stay. The two separate docks make it easy to bring a fishing boat and a pleasure boat.

A great place to stay in Birchwood with friends and family. The place was clean and had everything that we needed to make us feel at home. The host was friendly, helpful, and accommodating at every point during the booking process. The only issue we came across was the slightly confusing access road...perhaps additional signage would help clarify direction toward the property a bit better. Otherwise, no complaints! We enjoyed our stay overall. When we arrived we had to contact the owner to turn the air on as it was in the 80s and very warm in the home, we could not get the DISH TVs to work the entire stay and when I text the owners they never replied. The day before we left there was no WiFi. The advertisement lists 5 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, an open loft and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The house is stocked full of dishes and cookware. The view is amazing, the area is quiet. It is tricky to get there the first time and after dark but overall we all had a lovely stay for my daughter’s wedding.

This was our second time staying here & it’s absolutely perfect! The boys love fishing off the docks and the place is perfectly clean, stocked, spacious, & comfortable!

We stayed in this home two years ago and booked for the next year during our stay. Family circumstances kept us from making the trip but the owners were so very kind to let us book for the next year instead! They are so easy to deal with & their home was perfect for our growing adult family. Having two docks is nice so we can spread out and still have a place to tie up our boat. The launch is very close to the property and the comfort of the home made us want to stay longer than we could! Love it!

The cabin was fantastic! The view was great. The kids loved fishing off the two docks. The dock in the bay worked well for our two boats. All the rooms were setup well. We loved using the Blackstone grill outside, we were able to cook almost all of our meals on it. The lower level was nice with the big TV and games. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Thank you for sharing your cabin we really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our family! We had 12 people with lots of space to spread out. Having 2 docks was nice. Our family will be back if you’ll have us!
